  Tim, the Master Service Tech was awesome in replacing my windshield in my 2017 Acadia. He knew exactly what to do, how to do it and how long it would take. He went right to work after arriving precisely when he said he would. He is a real pleasure to converse with while he works away … making the time pass quickly finishing just as he estimated. The new windshield is identical to the original and blemish-free, leak-free (very rainy day) Tim even cleaned the other windows, dash and left the car in better condition than when he arrived. With the rain, Tim was very accommodating when we had to relocate to a friends garage for cover from the weather. A great experience and I would absolutely use SAFELITE again! Thanks Tim!

  I feel that the person that came to do my windshield was very respectful at first he had explained to me how he takes the window out and showed me the tricks of it but also he had lied to me about a few things he had broke the clips that hold my windshield wiper arm on my truck but then admitted to me that these look like they have never been off the truck before and told me that the piece was laying down inside my truck which is not true it would have fell out by now also left razor blade laying on my dash for a child to be able to grab also left all the rubber debris pieces little dinky pieces all over my Dash never wiped it off or vacuumed out any pieces of hay or debris that fell out of the headliner while removing the windshield also left his high strength rope fiber rope that he was using a roll of it on my seat it seems those things went backwards as soon as I left the house for a half an hour and told him I probably won't get a chance to say goodbye so see you later and thank you had to go get my wife when I came back he was done then I realized all the issues I was not happy and it seems to me like I am probably going to have to go buy a new windshield wiper arm with a new clip Witcher not cheap they seem to be about 85 to $100 you have to buy them by the pair or they do not match

  Had an appointment for July 17th between 8am and 12pm never called or texted saying he was going to be late called safelite to find out what was going on then I get told the technician Derek won't be here until 2:30-3pm. If you can't keep customers informed don't work for a company
