  I called and made an appointment to get my vehicle inspected at the local store. The person that answered the phone was clearly sourced from another country. She was pleasant and asked if I was going to stay and wait for the inspection or leave the vehicle. I told her that I would stay and wait. My appointment was made for 8:30am the following day. Good so far. I arrived for my appointment at 8:15am. Was greeted by a pleasant man. He asked if I was leaving the vehicle. I said no, I was going to stay and wait. He informed me that the person that does their inspections wasn't even scheduled to come in until 10am. I was very frustrated because I had a busy schedule, but reluctantly returned by 10:15 for a 10:30 appointment. Another woman showed up 15 minutes after me for the same thing, and inspection for 10:30. Her vehicle was done before mine. I wasn't pleased... I don't blame this on any individual because both employees were pleasant. I Blame this on the company. Why outsource someone to make appointments? Each store has their own employees and schedules. Had I spoken directly to an individual from my local store I don’t believe there would have been an issue. For that, my entire morning of my day off was greatly interrupted. I will deal with local garages after this cluster....

  Went for an inspection and was told I needed 4 new tires. Went somewhere else right after and it passed with no issues. Nothing wrong with my tires.

  Call center did not relay I formation to shop, changed my appt time without my knowledge, shop did not have oil and fluids requested…sent me to the auto part store to get…

  I am amazed at the efficiency of the appointment. The team made an assessment and got to work so quickly that I was out in less than an hour. So grateful they are open on the weekends! Very courteous, too!

  I like Monro because it’s easy online booking, and convenient to my work for a drop off . I dropped my car off with exhaust noise . They called and said I needed a new muffler. $738 total. Seems a lot. But I wanted it fixed before the noise got worse. After pick up my car sounds exactly the same . So clearly wasn’t muffler, I’m out $738 and now I have to go somewhere else and pay more money to find out what the noise really is .
