- BJBrandon James1 day ago2.0Took my truck in for an oil change, they did not fill up the windshield washer, fluid and never put an updated oil change sticker on the windshield and still charged me over two hundred dollars to change the oil. when I called, they said, if I want to drive back in, they'll go ahead. And address the issues that they failed, but it's not my problem to drive back in, it cost money anywhere. They should do their job when they have the vehicle 43 and a half hours.

Booked for Wednesday afternoon. Arrived to hear the guy at the counter surprised I had an appointment (but then found it easily on the computer) and telling me they had another job going in the alignment bay. I won’t be scheduling again. This is twice I’ve driven 30 minutes and wasted very expensive gas for absolutely nothing.
