    EVgo needs to improve the charging experience. While the vehicle is charging, the app does not show useful real-time details such as energy delivered (kWh), charging speed, estimated cost, or battery progress. The only information displayed is that the vehicle is charging, and the session details only appear after charging is completed. In addition, the price is extremely high. I was charged about $0.74 per kWh, which makes charging significantly more expensive than many other public charging networks. The app should provide live charging data and more transparent pricing during the session. Overall, the charging experience feels incomplete and overpriced.

    The closest EV stations to me and they are both out of service as of 08/2024. I went to Bayshore mall and used Electrify America and it was costly. However they charged really fast but the cost was over $35 to get to 80%

    PLEASE fix these chargers!! Everytime I go there I always have a problem. Always seems to have one of these chargers not working.
