Wonderful service from the guys over here! I had two tires that I thought were shot. Turns out one was shot and the other just needed a patch. I had no idea! They could have easily upsold me and didn’t! That’s integrity right there! Additionally, the staff is very friendly asking if I needed help to move the tires to my trunk! Exceptional and fast work!

John & Joe were beyond helpful, professional and knowledgeable. They not only took good care of me but every customer who came in they treated with the same helpful, kind tones. In today’s workforce, you cant find employees who don’t mind getting their hands dirty, when they weren’t helping at the counter or outdoors checking peoples vehicles and tires? Had a metal spike in my rear tire so stopped in Mavis to patch and plug the tire as I only had 15K miles on the tire. John and Joe were great. Got me in first thing in the morning and Joe took about 30 min to get me back on the road again. This is the second time Joe has worked on my car and he’s been great. Will continue to use Mavis in Massapequa.
