My tire pressure light was on and called Mavis in massapequa park at 6p the day before a holiday weekend! I knew I was going to need new tires very soon. They were kind of enough to take me in. They were great! Honest staff and so willing help! They really went above and beyond! They put my safety first and told me they would not feel comfortable patching 1 tire with them pretty much bald. From the manager to the mechanics I highly recommend!

Raj and John are really great. I’ve been going to this Mavis the last couple of years and they take the time to explain things to me. Theres never a surprise service tacked onto my visit. They call and inform me of any findings and give provide my choices and give me the opportunity to plan whatever I want for my car. Just today, I requested four services to be done to my car and they were finished within two hours. I’m really happy bringing my car here and recommend this Mavis!

I needed a tire that had a bubble after I hit one of the millions of them in Nassau County. Raj at the counter got me right in. When the mechanic took the tire off he noticed the brake was shot. He checked the other brakes it and same thing. Raj came out and told me about the brakes but I was like the car only has 20,000 miles on it. So he took me to the car and I was shocked that he was right. Two days later I went back to the shop at 8 AM. RAJ got me right in again and within just under two hours the job was done Kenny, who actually worked on my car was amazing. Great mechanic.

Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Raj at this location. I arrived later morning and by that afternoon I had my tires installed without issue. I told him what size I needed and he gave me a bunch of options and told me to let him know which tire I would like. Shortly after deciding, my truck was on their lift with the new tires installed. I would highly recommend this location and Raj.
