  We have used this location for multiple rentals within the year. Every time we do it’s an issue. Paid for full coverage on the vehicle only to sit there for 1.5 hrs with them trying to pin scratches on us. The next car we were told to be there at a certain time for pick up forced to sit and wait for almost 2 hours for the car to be brought back from being serviced. This last rental was the final straw. We did a weekly rental with them we were told that each time we paid for the week of the car we would pay for the deposit as well which will be returned at the end. They never extended our contract properly. Making it that we “ stole the vehicle “ . They continued to take deposits and double charge us. When we told them we were bringing the car back on the date (that we had given them to put in the contract ) due to us being out of state on vacation they continued to call text and harass us daily while also telling us they understand and it’s not our fault. They over charged our cards so much freezing them leaving us almost stranded. We dealt with this office as well as another on the island for this contract. Both admitting that they’re were mistakes on their end and we are not to be held responsible. We called the manager Jill at this location to help rectify this while standing in another office with another manager. She spoke down to us. Would not listen , spoke over us. While we tried to get it fixed she acted as if we were trying to squeeze them out of payments. When she continued to speak over us on the phone she repeated herself one more time and hung up on us. The other manager was in just as much shock as us. When we called back we were told she left , at 3pm when the store closes at 6. We all have bad days but sometimes some things are just not acceptable. After not knowing if we will get our very hefty( 4 figure ) deposit back the last thing we expected was to be hung up on by someone in charge. This location is a complete waste of anyone on the islands time. I can’t stress enough to avoid it at all costs.

  I’d give a zero if I could car was not there when I arrived then had to drive to another Location to get a car they had one of There workers take us. we picked up car it smelled like a body shop and found out next day The charger for my phone didn’t work. It had to be the outlet so when I called and I told him that, and I also told them the car felt like it was gonna stall. They said that they didn’t have any other Time and they would call me back while I didn’t hear back from them so I called the next day. They didn’t seem too concerned and at that time, they said they would look for another car and called me. I said don’t bother because I’ve had the car three days and I have to leave to drive back to Florida. Unfortunately, my 20 hour trip was stressful enough to have to worry that something was gonna happen to the car thank God I made it, but I will never ever deal with enterprise again especially the Massapequa branch.
