However, I was disappointed with the way I was spoken to when I called afterward with questions about the reimbursement process. The representative’s tone (Nick) came across as dismissive and unprofessional. I would still recommend Enterprise overall, but that interaction left me dissatisfied with the customer service I received from that particular representative.
- EEEmJun 2, 20262.0The car I picked up looked terrible. I can’t understand why they would give a client a car without a car wash. There is also no windshield wiper fluid, tire pressure is too low, and other control lights in the car are on. This just doesn’t seem appropriate. The staff should ensure all of this is sorted before giving a client a car.
- CJCarlos JimenezJun 1, 20261.0Nick the branch manager is the worst most rudest condescending person available how he made it to manager is beyond me I was told one price and when I returned the car I was charged a completely different thing I have the file number and case number from speaking to customer service and he did not want to look it up he did not want to care he said good luck you paid and leave he really should be fired not only is he a terrible person but he even worse manager!!!!!!

I had rented cars in the past and never had a car in this condition. The car was dirty and smelled of smoke. The short ride I had from the rental place to my home was about 3 miles. In that short of time my clothes smelled. I am keeping the windows open to air the car out. I would not recommend renting from them.
