    Renting out cars with pre documented issues, without fixing!!! Potentially dangerous situation. first and last time renting from sixt. Warning to others, they gave me a car with documented tire issue from the previous renter without fixing it!!!!! I only noticed because I had very low tire pressure 20 minutes after leaving the garage on the highway. Customers service says to go to nearest Sixt location to swap out car, only for them to tell me they don’t have any cars to swap and there is a nail in the tire and for me to go get it fixed at a tire shop nearby. While it was getting fixed I look in the app and notice the previous renter who returned the car noted that as damage the day before I picked up the car. 5 hours later, missed the event I was driving to. And they only want to refund $25 bucks instead of that days rental. This is after getting the runaround from customer service. Don’t know why I gave them a try. Back to enterprise.

    Nunca pensé que sixt tuviera tan buen servicio, admirable la atención de Bionny, el servicio, asesoría, interés de encontrarnos el mejor carro precio/calidad, es lo que más valoro de alquilar carro por primera vez en New York! Sin duda cuando regresemos será la primer persona y empresa a la que buscaremos para rentar un auto.

    Maybe it was just me got really bad luck, but one of their employees is quite rude and unprofessional. Two separate disappointing things: First, today I came here trying picking up a car, the reservation was made by one of their employees (let’s call employee A) on desk last week when I visited there last Friday. But today when I came here (because employee A said last week, he successfully made a reservation for me). Employee B who helped with me checking today, he said he found nothing reservation on my account, and I told the whole story to employee B that last week his colleague already made a reservation, how come it does not show it here any more? I said I am not gonna lie to this coming all the way to pick up a reserved car but now telling me no car no reservations I have. He responded me that he has nothing he can do only a $600 suv ford there per day. I sad again, I am not gonna lie, then he said he doesn’t know if I am lie or not. ???? Is this how they treat their long time customers? Second thing which is totally separate than above first one, last week I picked up a car from this place ( again i am their long time customers coming here literally every week), I pick up a jeep attached in the picture, the tire pressure is low when I picked the car, and they said it’s fine and they helped me put air in it, at the time I was rushing picking up the car and go I did not fully checked, then I use my own money second day put air again, and they said will put some credits to my account but I still see nothing??? I asked their rude employee if there is any manager I can speak to, he said there is not any manager????

    All staffs are very nice and friendly. Although their working hours shows until 6pm, you can return a car after they close, how to return is also very easy & convenient. Their support service very responsive too. I returned the car with fully refueled although I rented a car with half tank. I emailed them, they replied me immediately and refund procedure is very smooth. I trust them more than when I rent a car! Thank you so much for your service, I’ll definitely come back again!

    This is about a particular, wonderful employee named Debra. Debra was there the first morning several years ago when you all had the international outage when I arrived at 8am for a pickup. She kept everything tremendously organized, kept the team calm, and managed what could've been a really angry crowd of people. She's level-headed and friendly each time I see her, no matter the circumstances of the day, recognizes when we have less than ideal experiences (i.e. the car we reserved isn't available). She's super efficient and she's a super clear communicator. She's the kind of person who should train the team nationwide or internationally when it comes to management and customer service and I've now had three experiences with her where the people who are with me actually commented on how impressive she was. She's the leading reason that I continue to rent from Sixt and just want to make sure she gets some additional recognition.
