  Best customer service I have ever experienced! After my partner and I decided we wanted to leave earlier than we originally planned, the team at SiXT, especially Deborah, did everything they could to help us get a car earlier, with insurance, and an even better car than we initially booked, for the best possible rate. They were also incredibly nice and pleasant to work with and make the process as easy as could be! Thank you for making our travels better, Deborah!

  Exceptional Service – Truly Above and Beyond! I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with SIXT, especially the two incredible employees who helped us late Monday night! We were traveling with our baby, and due to terrible traffic, we arrived much later than expected for our rental car pickup. What could have been an incredibly stressful situation turned into such a positive experience thanks to these two amazing individuals. They were incredibly kind, understanding, and went above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of. They even managed to arrange a spacious, comfortable car that was perfect for us and all our baby gear. Their genuine care, professionalism, and willingness to help meant more to us than they probably realize, especially after a long day of traveling with a little one. This is what exceptional customer service looks like! A huge thank you to both of you for making our evening so much easier. SIXT is lucky to have you, and we will absolutely be renting with you again!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service Having hired cars from all the major rental companies, I can honestly say that SIXT at Battery Park, Manhattan, has provided the easiest and smoothest experience I’ve had so far. I’ve unfortunately experienced poor customer service from desk staff at other car hire companies in the past, so the difference on this occasion was really noticeable. Michael, who dealt with us at the desk, was professional, friendly and incredibly efficient. He made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Michael genuinely sets the standard for how customer service should be delivered. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who understands the importance of treating customers well and making the experience a positive one from the outset. SIXT should be proud to have employees like Michael representing their brand. Based on this experience, SIXT will be my first choice for future car rentals. Five stars without hesitation. Highly recommended!

  My wife and I had a very disappointing experience with SIXT in New York City. Our car was fully paid for and confirmed, yet SIXT cancelled our reservation just 45 minutes before the scheduled pickup, claiming that no vehicle was available. This forced us to completely change our travel plans. I even tried to speak directly with the manager to find a solution. After all the inconvenience caused, SIXT offered only 10% compensation, which we found completely inadequate given the circumstances. We relied on SIXT, paid in full, and were left without a car at the very last minute. We would give zero stars if we could. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable service.

  My husband and I had a very disappointing experience with SIXT in New York City. Our car was fully paid for and confirmed, yet SIXT cancelled the reservation just 45 minutes before the scheduled pickup, claiming that no vehicle was available. At that point, it was impossible to find a comparable rental at short notice. This has forced us to completely change our travel plans. If customers can be charged 100% for cancelling, SIXT should not be able to simply cancel a fully paid reservation 45 minutes before pickup without appropriate compensation. We would give zero stars if we could. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable service.
