Assistant manager Alon (Alone) is “by the book” but he deserves another promotion for his ability to put clientele first while keeping the best interests of his company revenue in mind. In a matter of 30 minutes I witnessed him get people in and out the door, manage his crew effectively, upsell gas deals and better cars for more revenue; and ultimately - field all incoming calls and calmly handle irate/ rude customers to relay pertinent info about their rental and find the best solutions to settle the issues. Super impressed by his professionalism and performance.
- JMJohn MMay 23, 20263.0Zero Stars!!!! Please avoid this rental company in Mamaroneck at all costs. I had a rental for 3 weeks, I informed them the engine and battery light was on right after I had the car for a few hours. No issues with the vehicle, returned it and had no issues. A few weeks later, I get a phone call saying the car had to be junked. Next, I get a letter saying that I am responsible for damage to the vehicle. Apparently, the wiring is clipped or chewed off from from the alternator to engine wiring harness. The Engine wiring harness needs to be replaced and they are trying to bill me for $8,350.42! Please do not go there! Update: Talked to the manager,Jackson, in Mamaroneck and he took care of it. I made sure I contacted Enterprise and received a letter saying they weren't pursuing a claim. Thank You,Jackson!
