  Was staying at a hotel in Malta for a weekend at the track in Saratoga, checked out of the hotel this morning and when I got to my car one of my tires was completely flat. Called Monro Auto because they were close by and they were able to get me an appointment very quickly and gave me a great deal on a new tire. Cost of Installation was also very reasonable and they had me out of there so quickly, even though they were clearly busy. Can’t thank them enough for getting me out of a tough situation when I was far from home!

  It’s very unprofessional to cancel my state inspection appointments four times. I’ve spent a significant amount of time booking and calling to make these appointments. If you don’t have staff, don’t take appointments.

  I was able to make an appointment on line for a State Safety Inspection. I was told it would take 1 hour while I waited for it. My car was done 30 mins later and they even put a New Paper floor mat in my car! The whole experience was very painless! I would advise to anyone to call them in Malta🤓

  Manager is a completely unprofessional rude person . Got on oil change on 07/14 two days later needed air in “my tire“ then needed to keep refilling them brought it back in on 07/24 only for them to fix/ look at the completely wrong tire and “patch” a tired that didn’t need it . Then they proceeded to fill my tire is air making the psi 38 when it supposed to to be 35 called the manager he said your being dramatic don’t bring your car back here . Why bc you don’t listen and serviced the wrong tire then charged me ? He then proceeded to call me names . He should be fired . Told me to call corporate for my refund . Clearly you can tell he hates his job he also never gave me an invoice or receipt . Sketchy practices and service
