  Great place to take your vehicle to be serviced. The guys there are super helpful, friendly, and professional. I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name that was there when I dropped my car off because he was stellar. But I do remember Jim and what a guy! I’m very thankful for them.

  Ran over a screw in the local mc Donalds parking lot and drove straight here to get it checked out. Ended up waiting about 45 minutes and then paying 55$ for a patch job. Was told most of my tires would need replacement soon. A long cry from service in years prior, where I was able to stop in closer to closing time and someone came out and patched the tire within 10 minutes and told me not to worry about the cost. That's the kind of service that kept me coming back for my oil changes, inspections, and other maintenance issues (like tire replacements! This car has been a nightmare)

  I normally have my vehicle serviced by the dealer which usually entails dropping it off and picking it up after the work is completed. On a whim, while driving by this Monro shop, I pulled in see if I could make an appointment on another day where I could sit and wait for the oil change and tire rotation rather than not have my vehicle for half a day. To my surprise they took me in within 15 minutes. The work took about an hour and included a number of courtesy safety checks, brake wear, battery condition and such. The technician was conscientious, thorough and willing to respond to my questions. Not only that but I ended up saving probably 30% off the dealers fees. I'll be returning here for these services moving forward.
