  Natives beware! One of those shops that somehow “fixes” everything except the actual problem. I don’t usually write bad reviews but they had 3 strikes that rubbed me the wrong way. I brought my vehicle in twice for service, and the original issue still hasn’t been resolved. On top of that, I had an appointment scheduled three weeks in advance. Then, just two days before my appointment, I received a call saying they needed to push it back another three weeks because one of the mechanics was on “vacation.” If they knew they were short-staffed, I don’t understand why I had to wait three weeks just to be told at the last minute that I needed to wait another three. The customer service experience was just as disappointing. I was second in line, patiently waiting my turn, and the older male employee was already helping me schedule my appointment when an older woman walked in and cut directly in front of me without even acknowledging me. He greeted her, she greeted him, and instead of finishing helping me, he put me aside and helped her until they were finished. What bothered me most was that neither of them acknowledged how rude the interruption was or the fact that I had already been there and was being helped. As a Native customer, the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. Honestly, felt like some white-privilege BS. Between the unresolved issue, the repeated delays, the last-minute cancellation, and the way I was treated as a native customer, I would not recommend this shop. Two visits and months of waiting later, the problem still isn’t fixed. I wont be returning.

  What a rip-off....Charged my vehicle at the dealership today. They posted a .35/kw rate (very reasonable), but then whacked me over the head with a whopping $25 session fee. This was not clearly posted anywhere on the charger. Very deceptive and NOT standard practice. What a terrible way to treat your customers and I will skip browsing any new cars next time. Imagine going to a normal gas station and then realizing they added on a $25 session fee for pumping the equivalent of 8 gallons of gas.
