- CACasey Arena1 day ago2.0Came to get a simple oil change. A young man in an Altima was here for over an hour at least getting work done on his car. No one spoke to me I had to speak to them about it. I have my 3 year old with me. They were training someone and no big deal I get that. But this isn’t an auto body shop this is a place to get your oil changed. This young man was charged 39 dollars for the same exact 100 dollar thing I am getting done. There was another young man waiting with me for over an hour too and they wouldn’t allow him to step in his car to get his coffee. Unsure why you can’t stand on their floors but that isn’t my issue, things happen but this wasn’t a great experience.

Got my oil change and engine filter done with no issues at all. The management was amazing too. Definitely coming back!!

They walked me through everything step-by-step, showed me the dipstick and filters, and clearly explained what they were doing the entire time. I really appreciated that they didn’t pressure me to change anything or buy services I didn’t need. The team was pleasant, efficient, and very clear in their communication.

It was 9:50 a.m. on Saturday, May 2nd. I asked a gentleman in the waiting room. How long he'd been waiting and he said he had a car inspection that was supposed to take 45 minutes but he had been there an hour and 45 minutes at that point, and was still waiting. Google's algorithm says the average time people spend at this location is 2 hours. That's crazy. Doesn't an oil change take 10 minutes?
