  If I could give my experience at Mavis less than one star, I would. My complaint isn’t about the quality of the work — it’s about the condescending manner in which my questions were handled. It was a Saturday afternoon around 12:30pm. They were busy, I get that. But when I asked twice about the warranty conditions on my purchase, I was treated like an inconvenience rather than a customer. To make matters worse, I found significantly cheaper tires online before my service was completed and brought it to the employee’s attention. He dismissed it and pointed out that I should have done that research before agreeing to the service — and honestly, he wasn’t wrong. I had just learned about the tire issue that morning and needed to be somewhere by 5pm, so I made a quick call. I owned that. What I won’t accept is the tone that came with it. What’s particularly frustrating is that Mavis advertises a price match guarantee — even after service — on their own website. That policy was never acknowledged, let alone honored. The attitude I encountered from this employee made me feel disrespected and taken advantage of. I won’t be returning to this location

  I highly recommend this mavis they do the best work out of every mavis and are fast employee Alex is extremely helpful and will work with you and help in anyway he can ..Great job guys!!

  I am writing to share my recent experience with the service I received at your shop. While the service was fast and the staff members were nice, I unfortunately discovered that all of my rims were scratched. I did not notice the damage until I had my truck washed later that day. I realize I should have inspected the vehicle before leaving the premises, but I did not expect the rims to be handled with such lack of care, especially given the cost of the service. While it is too late for me to rectify this for my own vehicle, I wanted to bring this to your attention. I will certainly be advising others to thoroughly check their vehicles after they have been serviced at your location before they leave.

  Went in for a flat tire and they were able to patch it and get me back on the road in 15min. Very friendly and helpful.

  Worst experience ever so many hidden fees, didn’t have my tires that I put a down payment on and made reservations for, came back hours later for them to scratch every rim on my charger then left my brand new tires looking like they came out the mud then to top it off paid $1400 and they can’t even get the psi right smh never again fire everyone in that place.
