- AVApril Coburn ViolaOct 2, 20265.0I found the staff to be very accommodating, courteous, and helpful. I was able to get the car of my choice. The location in Linbrook has a very good selection of cars and SUVs to choose from. This is the only place that I will go to when I need to rent a car. Check-in and check out is made extremely easy.

- JCJackie ColonSep 4, 20262.0The car I received was old and in poor condition. It had extensive pre-existing damage, including holes in the seats and floor, as well as scratches throughout the vehicle. On top of that, the car smelled strongly of cigarettes. I was also overcharged and had to pay an additional $250 out of pocket. To make matters worse, they then proceeded to file a claim with my insurance for damages. I would strongly recommend being cautious when renting from this company. Based on my experience, the vehicle you reserve may not be available, and you may end up being charged additional fees that you were not expecting. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not rent from them again.
