  Reserved a van. Threw away the reservation due to not checking for issues with the vehicle beforehand. Did not provide an ulterior location to pickup the vehicle. Wish I could give 0

  The employees were amazing to us. We have 2 small children and they upgraded us to accommodate them better. Truly the best experience I’ve ever had while renting a car.

  Enterprise in Lynbrook was very easy and helpful for renting a car. The people are very polite and knowledgeable. I would go back again.

  This rental was part of a collision repair with USAA insureance Your people do nothing but SELL , SELL, SELL upgrades, etc. . PLEASE JUST RENT ME WHAT I RESERVED. I started at one location (150 W merrick , valley stream). Staff there tried to rent me a car with expired inspection sticker. I was told "i could drive it to a local garage where they would apply a new sticker" - Excuse me? this is your responsibility.... Got so fed up, i left and went to Budget. Another nightmare, but not your concern. I was out of town, came back my repair was still not done. So i gave your Lynbrook, NY location a try. (my repair shop is exactly between the 2 enterprise locations). Again, My requested vehicle was a Chevy equinox. I left in a minivan, paying much more than I wanted to. My expectations are if you reserve a vehicle for me, one of that type of SIMILAR should be waiting for me. The Car was ok, clean. Tank was half full on delivery. contract noted that. I wound up returning it at 3/4. At $4.00 / gallon today thats was another $20 out of my pocket. At least if its "Full to Full" i am not providing gasoline you are not entitled to. The vehilce had many issues, including: Low Keyfob battery Oil Change due And most annoying - all the various radio and HVAC controls were whacky - reducing fan speed / volume when i was OFF the phone, raising / speeding up when I was on it. This was in the middle of the current heat wave! Do you want to be successful? * Give the customer what they reserved * Fill up the tank, all the way, as expected. * Provide a clean, PROPERLY functioning vehicle. and while you are at it... provide 1 single sheet of paper (double sided, Laminated) with a BASIC TUTORIAL of how stuff in the car works. Cars are Just WAY too complicated today to just toss the keys to a customer and say, "it's a Push Start" . Either have this card in each car, or keep a full set at the reant counter for customers to review.
