  Huge Shout out to Barry at crown ford. I only went to look at a ford truck and everyone there was very polite. Barry was the salesman who helped me get into a new vehicle. He was very respectful polite and very knowledgeable. Thank you Barry

  We had a really great experience at Crown Ford when SUV shopping and ultimately buying our pre-owned Ford Expedition. From the moment we met George, our salesman, the experience was easy and stress free. George never pressured and really helped us find the right fit for us. The Expedition has proven to be a great family car and George continues to be available and very helpful with any service questions or needs. I really can't say enough good things about our experience. Highly recommend this dealership and our salesperson!

  I already had a 5 star experience dealing with their new car department and manager Mike Bruno. For example they gave me $2k more for my Rubicon trade in. But this review is more for their Service Department. Not only they quoted me a better price for the job I needed ( a Ford performance Procal upgrade) but the checking process was smooth and efficient. I noticed that every other customer was treated with respect and was dealt with efficiently. Nobody seemed to wait for a long time and everybody seemed happy and the seemed to go on their merry way. This is not the case at every dealer. For example, at another dealer I wasted an appointment (3 hrs of my time) and they this job could not be finished. But here the whole experience was smooth. Special mention is deserved by Gavin, my service advisor; he was courteous, diligent and seemed to be in good humor all the time. One of those team members any company would want working for them. The technician himself, Mike, was also very good. The whole thing was done in 35 minutes, maybe. Will keep coming to them for sure.
