  Great Experience with my car sales man Peter. I couldn't ask for more. Peter went above and beyond for me to get this truck and helped me bring some of my cost down and i couldn't ask for more. I been dealing with peter for years and this is not my first truck ive purchased from peter however he has made all my purchase experience easy and smooth and from a customer and now friend, thanks Peter for helping me get my new 2026 F-350 Dually Truck baby! Weppa!!!!!!

  I went for an oil change today. Frank Marino was my service advisor. He was very kind and helpful! He made sure to use my points for payment. I have been dealing with this dealership for my leases and service for a good ten years. There’s no better dealership!

  Bought a 2017 F150 back in March. Never got the title, and the salesman (George) didn't bother to get a replacement (i ordered it directly from DMV). I had to bring it to the service center to replace a light socket. Made an appointment in advance, yet waited over 2 hours just to be told that it wasn't in stock. Made another appointment, my daughter waited almost 3 hours for the socket to be replaced. They didn't bother to check the couple of other issues i was having, like the rear wheels slipping. Called the salesman about it. He had the warrenty specialist, Dawn, at Crown Service contact me. I made the appointment to bring it in. It was there all day, no one called so I called and was told the slipping was from the transmission fluid being over filled, which was caused by them because it was serviced by them before I purchased it. The truck still wasn't ready because the steering column wasn't checked. Then at 3:30 am, someone took the truck to 7-11 in lynbrook(tracking app) and when I confronted Dawn about it later that day I was told someone was test driving to check the steering (which is bs since someone else took it on a 20 mile drive in the morning to, allegedly, test drive it). So basically the truck was there for 26 hours to drain some transmission fluid that they over filled, to go on a munchies run at 3:30 am, and for a "technician" to run errands at 9 am. But at least they put 20 dollars in gas in the tank after burning 40 dollars worth starting and stopping the truck 30 times. Never going back to this dealer again.
