  I bought a 2023 Bronco off lease from Crown Ford Used Autos and it was the smoothest vehicle purchase I've ever experienced. Kevin was a true gentlemen and really nice guy. There was no haggling. He was able to get me financing at a great rate and made sure the truck was in perfect condition before picking it up. I'm very happy with the customer service I received. I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle at Crown Ford.

  I have been driving for 25 years and have purchased cars from dealerships, Ford included nearly a dozen times and this was the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. Highest recommendation of Crown Ford and their team. Crown Ford came highly recommended before my vehicle purchase and They surpassed my expectations - Cannot recommend Crown Ford enough. In particular, Kevin Holmes - The guy is Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and has incredible experience in this industry. Besides the high-quality of the car, Kevin’s work on creating and finalizing the deal was the deciding factor on my purchase. If you need a certified preowned Ford vehicle on Long Island you need to see Kevin Holmes. The vehicle was absolutely immaculate and its history was complete. It is obvious They are very selective about the vehicles they offer for sale to the public, particularly certified preowned. Look forward to doing business with them again in the future and I will be utilizing Crown Ford to conduct all of the maintenance and service on the car going forward.   God forbid your car has an issue and needs to be serviced. My elderly mother has been a customer of crown ford for 13 years and now is getting nothing but the run around from what seems to be either incompetence or blatant corruption, dishonesty and coverups. In plain English you may be told one thing which could make or break a deal. Loyal customer service doesn't seem to matter too much at this business nor does doing the right thing. One worker covers for another, tells you something totally different than what their colleague promised 10 minutes before. It's wild! Stay away, unless you enjoy the twilight zone.
