- TSTimothy SullivanJan 19, 20241.0I’ve used advanced auto parts for years has always been my go to for parts because of their prices! But today this location dropped me like a bad habit! I read their pricing policy and visited this store! I walked in and asked the associate about their price matching! He stated he would need the manager to do that and whent to get the manager, when the manager showed up I said I have a laundry list of parts I need to purchase but would like to price match with auto zone prices! He said “no we only price match Napa and fisher auto” at this point I was shocked and just left. I called customer support and they called the floor and the manager told them he told me he can’t price match without a quote from auto zone or flyer or mobile device! ( I had all the parts in my cart on the auto zone app on my phone) I took my money all the way to Watertown and spend $333.50 in auto zone! I will never spend another dime with advanced auto parts!
