Had a great experience at the SIXT Hunter Street location. Toyen, the branch manager, was extremely helpful and accommodating. There was an issue with availability for the vehicle class I originally reserved, and she worked with me to find an option I was actually happy with and helped get me with the upgrade. Raheem also took care of the vehicle handoff and was genuinely friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. Really appreciated the way both of them handled everything. Toyen and Raheem are a credit to this location and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Highly recommend if you are looking for renting car. This location is really convenient and the car is kind of new with a good deal. The staffs are nice. Toyn is taking care of me and she is friendly professional.

A great experience. Quick pick-up and drop-off, an excellent car, and helpful staff.

I booked a BMW 5-Series and paid a premium price. Booked a full month ahead. When I arrived, they didn’t have the car so I was stuck with a cheap SUV. The customer service rep promised I would receive a partial reimbursement, it’s been two weeks since I finished my rental and I have not received a reimbursement. What a trash company.
