  The service we received It was amazing the guys at the commercial truck rental location in Long Island City..they where great..they turned a bad day into a great Day, trying to get two Kid off to collage was a adventure and what they did to help us out was so much appreciated. I Just want to say Thank you for accommodating us when it was most needed..NOW THATS customer service at its VERY BEST!!!!!! CHERYL & CHARLENE.

  I had an absolutely fantastic experience renting a cargo van from this Enterprise location, entirely thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by the team. From the moment I walked in, they made the entire rental process seamless, quick, and completely stress-free.

  I reserved a car online, only to be told moments before pickup that they had no vehicles available. This is the second time this exact location has pulled the same stunt. Apparently, reservations mean absolutely nothing here. The staff offered zero solutions and seemed completely indifferent to the fact that they had just ruined my plans. As a Gold member who rents with Enterprise regularly for work across the country, I’ve dealt with plenty of locations—this is by far the most incompetent one I’ve ever encountered. Management was no better than the front-line employees. Nobody took responsibility, nobody cared, and nobody appeared capable of solving even the most basic customer service issue. The level of incompetence on display was honestly staggering. If you’re in NYC and actually need the car you reserved, avoid this location at all costs. Hands down the worst rental car experience I’ve ever had.
