Great customer service by the gentleman in the front desk in the morning of October 8th (just so their boss knows who it was) great service, fast and straight to the point. Thank you my guy!

On October 6, 2026, at approximately 9:20 a.m., I called with a question regarding E-ZPass and how the process works for my vehicle, which does not have a registration sticker displayed on the front. The female representative who answered did not provide her name. She was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly interrupted me without allowing me to fully explain my question. She instead made assumptions about what I was asking. Her speech and demeanor also sounded as though she may have been impaired or under the influence of something, although I cannot state what, if anything, caused her to sound that way. The representative ultimately hung up on me without resolving my concern. When I attempted to call back, my calls were repeatedly disconnected. I eventually called from another number and spoke with Jamari’, who answered my questions. I asked Jamari’ for a supervisor and was told that none was available until the following day and that the supervisor’s name was Kevin. When I asked who had handled my original call, Jamari’ stated that he could not identify the employee because they could not “go against their colleague.” He advised me that I would need to contact corporate to file a complaint. Although Jamari’ ultimately answered my questions, I want the original incident formally documented. I am requesting that corporate review the calls beginning at approximately 9:20 a.m. on October 6, identify the representative involved, and address her conduct, including the repeated disconnections

I've been here multiple times and there is always a 1-2 hour wait at this location. They do not have the type of car that you requested
