- EWEmily WongJul 3, 20265.0Our go-to car rental spot in LIC is this office. Kevin, the staff member here, was incredibly helpful. We had to extend our reservation, and even though he wasn’t in the office, he kindly passed on the information to his colleagues, who took care of us.
- GRGrace RamboJul 2, 20261.0If I could leave one star, I would. The night before we were supposed to pick up our rental, they called and confirmed we were all set. So, we head over the next day at 1PM, and they tell us they have no cars. No one called, no one emailed to mention this. I needed the car to get home for my beloved grandmother’s funeral that evening, and the staff couldn’t have cared less. They told us to call other Enterprises. My fiancé actually had to ask: “can’t you call for us since you’re the one who doesn’t have the car when you’re supposed to?” It was absolutely ridiculous. We ended up going to Avis at LaGuardia and will NEVER use this Enterprise again. Customer service = -10000000.
