  This was one of the better managed, clean, well kept, locations I've had to use in a long time, especially in this area vs the 62nd St, Woodside location that was short-staffed, inefficient, dirty and dingy shack-like. Because my car was hit in the rear bumper when I was parked, we had to rent a car under my Geico policy. Jamar, the rep that helped us at this location was very courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and effective with accommodating our requirements and switching out quickly cars when we needed to during the 2 weeks we had to wait for our car repair. The cars we received for the rental all ran well and were kept in very good and clean conditions, which was a pleasure to drive when it's not your own car. Also, the other reps we dealt with briefly when Jamar was busy with other customers, were also very courteous and helpful as well, which we appreciated. Jamar, we thank you for making this situation we faced so seamless!

  Extremely disappointing customer service experience with Camelia. She was incredibly rude on the phone, repeatedly talked over us, and ultimately hung up while we were still mid-sentence. What made the interaction especially upsetting was the complete lack of empathy or consideration for the fact that some people are arranging rental cars because they have just been through a traumatic car accident. We were simply trying to sort out transportation during an already stressful situation and were met with unnecessary hostility. There is absolutely no reason for a routine conversation about a rental car to become this emotional or confrontational. I have had calmer and more compassionate interactions in hospitals during genuinely stressful situations. Basic professionalism means listening to the customer, allowing them to finish speaking, and treating people with respect—especially when you have no idea what circumstances brought them there. Enterprise should seriously address how customers are spoken to at this location. Being frustrated or busy does not justify talking over someone and hanging up on them.

  I wanted to put in a good word for Kevin and Jamari. They helped me with a car rental this weekend. They are extremely professional, courteous and hard working. Jamari in particular went the extra mile to help me, setting up the navigation, showing me how to use the tech in the car, giving me directions. I cannot say enough good things about Jamari. I hope you will consider him for a raise and promotion.
