  Our technician, Matt, was great. Very personable and professional. The work was performed perfectly and in a timely manner. Communication was very responsive throughout. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

  Had my front windshield repaired. I brought it to the Lockport store and the staff there are very courteous and explained everything. They gave me an estimated time of completion and text AND a phone call when it was done. The gal in the office there is super nice. I would definitely recommend Safelite for glass repairs.

  Front passenger window replaced after being shattered for no reason whatsoever. Service was excellent and taken care of completely. Online appointment it did take two days as there must be a lot of broken glass out there thank you! Hopefully, this is a free claim from my insurance company and it will not raise my rates . Safelite auto glass / Eric was name of company’s associate who provided service .

  Took a small chip that was smaller than a nickel and cracked our windshield more. Then scheduled me three times for a new windshield install and cancelled all three times. Then the fourth time when they actually came, the technician did not call me or text on their way. He just showed up without warning and text me that he is 30 minutes away after he already rang my doorbell. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
