  I picked up a big chip in my windshield while driving on the 90 on Mother’s Day. I contacted Safelight the next day to set up an appointment for a mobile service. After discussing options I opted to have the windshield replaced. The rep worked with me figuring out the best day to have it installed while avoiding rain. They came to My workplace and replaced my windshield without any interference with my work schedule, which is such an amazing service! This is the busiest point of time at my job, and I did not have to take any time away from it and fall behind. This convenience alone is worth using the service. The technician was informative, friendly and professional. My windshield was completed very quickly and they calibrated my cameras etc, reapplied my stickers and my EZPass. This was the most stress free process! I would recommend them over and over again! Price was great because my insurance covered it all.

  Safelite AutoGlass did an amazing job keeping me updated, notified me with updates and let me know when my tech would be arrive. When he arrived he was very professional in the way he was dressed and carried himself and explained what the process would be and how to care for my windshield after he completed the work. The company all the way down to the tech were very professional and made it easy and convenient for me. Highly recommended!

  I made the appointment to have my windshield repaired/replaced online. It was quick and very easy. I was contacted and sent a confirmation via text. I was later contacted by phone by a representative that informed me that the weather may not be favorable to perform the service at my home and provided options if I did not have a covered area for the technician to work. I was told that the tech would reach out to me the day of the service and keep me informed on how the day would play out. He did exactly that! He was extremely cordial both on the phone and in person. I am very pleased with the job that he did!

  Absolutely Brutal Service Tec's dressed like homeless people did not know how to put convertible top down took 3&1/2 hours to replace windshield broke my sun visor clip etc said it happens all the time (no it does not) said they would order new one be in the next day and well 7 days later not a word brings my car outside did not reinstall my fobs handed me new adhesive and said here you go and my mike was hanging down from my apple play unit I said you need to put it back the way it was so he made a mess of that I had to take to another shop to fix and I said did you put rain coat on windshield he said no I said I wanted that !!! He said go to Autozone and buy yourself it will be cheaper Never go to this place TV Adds do not reflect this service!!!
