  No appointment needed for an oil change? Ha. Stopped in at 430pm for an oil change and I was told they couldn’t do it and needed to make an appointment. 1 car in the bay, not a car in the parking lot. (This is why I had pulled in). 1 mechanic in shop and service writer. Really pushed hard on making an appointment for another day.

  Chris and the guys are always a pleasure to deal with. Straight up and honest, work is completed in a very timely matter and I was back in my car in no time at all.

  honestly. pretty unhelpful staff. through out the entire process they seemed uninterested and annoyed, especially the store manager. communication was lackluster and one sided. due a pricing discrepancy, the shop denied my warranty claim although my warranty company approved it. when I asked for a reason there was little to none given, just a short deflection. they’d placed the blame on the warranty company although the claim was initiated and approved but denied on the shop’s end. which is unfortunate but understandable, what’s egregious is that they left my car to sit out on their lot without contacting me to update me that they wouldn’t be doing work on the vehicle. I only found out because after a day of silence, I decided to go to the shop in person and basically was just handed my key back with very little proper explanation. I had to call my warranty company to get any semblance of information. I felt my vehicle left in worse shape than it arrived in. even without the whole warranty mess, their poor communication is unsatisfactory. by the end of it, it seemed like they had no interest in working on my vehicle and I had no interest in continuing to work with them. please pass on this place when there’s much more open and honest communication in the area.

  The first time I went there they told me my caliper needed to be replaced took it somewhere else and it did not need to be replaced also was trying to charge me double the price it should have been… next time told me I needed a new tire when there for a plug patch… claimed needed new tire got a tire took it somewhere else for get it mounted and no new tire was needed just a plug not even a plug patch…. This place is a joke
