  I recently had my Terrain in for service. I was having trouble with my OnStar and it was promptly addressed and repaired in a timely manner. I believe the young man who worked on it was Travis. I had wanted to speak to the mechanic directly and he took the time to listen to me! OUTSTANDING service from beginning to end.

  I arrived early for drop off and the girl was confused about why my truck was there. My appointment was at 3pm for oil change and tire rotation. At 6pm I still hadn’t heard from service, so I called and they said it was going to be another half hour. When I got there, no one asked me why I was there after 5 minutes a gentleman told to go into cashier. She rushed me and wouldn’t look up my points or my service contract, which we have for free maintenance. Poor service all around.

  I will never ever buy from here again! And my salesman was clueless.. never even again .. just horrible, Although I just read your response to my email. I've called multiple times to try to fix the problem but was pushed aside and scolded and told to go wait in the waiting room. The truck was was damaged when it was going in to be detailed. I have pictures to prove it and I was treated very unfairly and told I was a liar.. The comment from your staff was I cannot confirm nor deny if we damaged the truck but if they did they won't own up to it anyway..

  Lost all power to my car and paid 5000 to get extended warranty cause I keep having the same issue with car over and over since I got it. Had it sent to Mike Smith Buick yesterday as it was purchased there and we were told that if the car ever had to be worked on and would take more than 24hrs that they always have loaner vehicles. So I missed a appointment to get my son on a transplant list yesterday and am being told they dont have a loaner and cant get nothing done til Monday. My son is supposed to be in Ohio tomorrow for kidney dialysis and he is going to miss that too. So now they say they cant help til Monday and I spent 5k for a warranty for nothing. I personally will not buy my next car from here like I planned too.

  ***Dishonest-misleading*** 2025 GMC sold by them not running properly at 11k miles. Service department LIED about being able to fit in for service next day so I wasted my tow to get the vehicle to the dealership . Has now been there 2 full days without diagnosis so they can’t even provide me a loaner car. When I originally called I stressed the need for a daily vehicle when they estimated a several day wait, but not until I mentioned taking it elsewhere did an opening magically appear the next day. They even went as far as to say the time it would be looked at the next day. I don’t know which is more concerning, a 2025 car breaking down or the dealerships inability to provide PROMISED service. I am completely disappointed.
