  I teach at Starpoint so I am sure there are a few families within our district that might consider buying a car from here. I have to say I really had a pleasant experience with Mike Smith Buick GMC. Walt Elizalde was helpful from the moment I walked in to test drive a used GMC Terrain that I saw online. He handed me the keys and let me take the car out on my own. I appreciated not feeling like I was on a road test with a salesperson as I did at a few other dealerships. It was nice to be able to test the stereo, pop the hood as well as get down on the ground to look for rust without being watched. Markus Campbell, the used car manager, was reasonable while discussing numbers. As I signed the final paper work, they took the time to give the car a fresh oil change. Luke was very helpful explaining all the features when I picked the car up and asked for a quick run down . It was by far the fastest and smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. They even issued a refund check when I overpaid on my registration. Even though it was only a few bucks, I appreciated the honesty. This dealership has good vibes. I would purchase from them again.

  I recently had my Terrain in for service. I was having trouble with my OnStar and it was promptly addressed and repaired in a timely manner. I believe the young man who worked on it was Travis. I had wanted to speak to the mechanic directly and he took the time to listen to me! OUTSTANDING service from beginning to end.

  I arrived early for drop off and the girl was confused about why my truck was there. My appointment was at 3pm for oil change and tire rotation. At 6pm I still hadn’t heard from service, so I called and they said it was going to be another half hour. When I got there, no one asked me why I was there after 5 minutes a gentleman told to go into cashier. She rushed me and wouldn’t look up my points or my service contract, which we have for free maintenance. Poor service all around.

  I will never ever buy from here again! And my salesman was clueless.. never even again .. just horrible, Although I just read your response to my email. I've called multiple times to try to fix the problem but was pushed aside and scolded and told to go wait in the waiting room. The truck was was damaged when it was going in to be detailed. I have pictures to prove it and I was treated very unfairly and told I was a liar.. The comment from your staff was I cannot confirm nor deny if we damaged the truck but if they did they won't own up to it anyway..
