Mavis in Lockport is simply the best!!! Got a tire puncture on Sunday afternoon tire was losing air quickly, everywhere we took it nearby was either closed or couldn't take us due to long lines, Mavis was our 4th stop, they let us walk in and took care of the tire with a patch job. It only took about 15 mins. Super great service and friendly staff, I highly recommend!!!! Would give more stars if I could.

I can’t say enough good things about the team at Mavis Discount Tire in Lockport.
Last night, while driving home from Pennsylvania, I thought I had picked up a nail in one of my tires. I found a tire repair kit off the Thruway and made a temporary plug just to get home late that night. Unfortunately, when I woke up this morning, the tire was completely flat.
I called Mavis, and they got me in immediately. At first, everyone thought the temporary patch had simply failed. However, after taking a closer look, the technician discovered the real issue—a cracked Rim , not just a damaged tire.
Instead of just selling me a new rim , the technician suggested that because my truck is newer, I should check with the dealership to see if I had a tire and wheel protection package. Sure enough, I did!
The Mavis team mounted my spare tire, loaded the damaged wheel into the back of my truck, and got me safely on my way to the dealership. To top it all off, they didn’t charge me a dime for their time or labor.
That kind of honesty, professionalism, and customer-first attitude is hard to find these days. They easily could have sold me parts I didn’t need, but instead they looked out for my best interest.
This is what true five-star, white-glove service looks like. I sincerely appreciate everyone at Mavis Discount Tire in Lockport for going above and beyond. They’ve earned my business for years to come. Highly recommended!

I always stop here to put FREE air in my tires, but yesterday one had a nail in it. I asked the friendly woman at the counter (I wish I had gotten her name) if they could replace my tire, but there was an hour wait. When I told her that I was on my way to get my grandson, she looked at it said it could be fixed! I couldn't believe that 10 minutes later it was done. I know I'll need new tires soon, so I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
