  I’ve used Enterprise exclusively for many years now . They are always very pleasant & efficient. They make the process very easy and I won’t go anywhere else to rent a vehicle. The rates are affordable, I love the points rewards, and always able to offer upgrade in event they don’t have reserved one when I pick up . Thank you to both Matt , Matthew & Nathen in my last couple reservations make it go smooth , you guys are awesome at the Lockport NY location:)

  I was excited to get a rental car until I went through hoops and the manager Matt was making everything difficult.He was very rude not customer friendly. A accident happen I came to enterprise to report it also give them the report I was supposed to be able to trade in the vehicle I'm at the desk he runs right pass me doesn't speak enters there vehicle comes back in like what happened. Huh not are you okay can you tell me what happend. The lieutenant from the police station spoke to him he didn't want to hear nothing. I have back problems I was stuck with a vehicle that did not have a back up camera that worked so I also told him that and he did not care. I was very disappointed with customer services especially from a manager. My experience with Matthew was poor and very unprofessional when I dropped vehicle off I asked to finish report with someone else and he was being nice once he found out a fire truck hit the vehicle. I felt like a was guilty until proven innocent you should not feel like that to rent a car. Need new management if you ask me.

  Absolutely fantastic experience..from booking online.. picking it up.. extending my rental time online.. to returning it. Everything was smooth and excellent.. I will 100% rent again and very recommend for your rental

  Unfortunately, I WAS VERY DISTAISFIED with the whole experience and the vehicle. The ONLY redeeming factor was the employee who checked me out. The check engine light was on the entire time they changed the vehicle because I could not get there at noon due to a flight delay. I had to pay $165 total in cab fares because that location does not pick up or drop off. On top of which they still have NOT returned my $309 deposit!

  The whole experience was a pleasure with my Lockport ny branch . When I first called I had about 101 questions and everyone of them were met with a knowledgeable answer. When I went to pick my rental up I had a credit card problem on the card end. The manager helped me through everything and waited patiently while the card company worked the issues out. This was my 3rd rental experience being the 2nd with enterprise. I refuse to go anywhere else. The other company was a horror show. Enterprise has zero hidden fee's or mandatory sell ups. Best customer service ive seen in years.
