    I do feel that this location should also be avoided. I wish I would have read the reviews. I had a less than desirable experience here. I feel like the guys in charge can only handle the job if the customer isn't made upset about something they failed to do. Which is not in the customers control, it is their job to do their job right. It seems like they can not handle small problems, and I would hate to see how they would behave if there was something big. The one guy easily has meltdowns and it is not ok.

    Noah and his team at 6059 S Transit Rd Lockport are wonderful! We will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a vehicle rental. We will definitely return here if we need a rental in the future

    To say that I was underwhelmed by this experience is an understatement. I arrived to the store expecting a "Jetta or similar" and had the choice between a Corolla or Versa, neither of which are even close in cubic feet to the Jetta. After my initial disappointment over that situation, I decided on the Corolla. The car rolled out of the car wash with no gas in the tank, gouges and scratches all over, and the interior smelled like the bottom of a giant ash tray that's never been emptied. The Versa was my only other option, which, right off the bat, had some sizable fender damage and other cosmetic nastiness. It had not been washed, and this car had even less gas in the tank than the other. The interior was filthy and it also smelled like the bottom of an ashtray. I had to make a 7 hour trip in this vehicle and it almost made me nautious. I called Enterprise twice - once after receiving the car to see if there was anything they could do to exchange the car and a second time yesterday to obtain a refund. When you call their customer service, you receive an off-shore phone center and you cannot speak with anyone in the states. I was advised twice that it was escalated and I would receive a call back. I never did. I'm not sure what happened to this company, but definitely extremely disappointed.

    Please, avoid the Lockport location. The good reviews for this branch are from those who did not have any problems occur. If there is an issue, be prepared for Noah and Matt to display emotional immaturity, an inability to critically think, and the inability to provide basic customer service skills. Who wants to deal with that? There were multiple issues the morning we came to get our rental because of the way they run the branch. These issues were no fault of our own. One was, we rented a car for 8am and preregistered so they did not have to do anything but hand us the keys. We went into the branch and was told by Matt that the car would be pulled around front for us. We stood outside until 8:30 ... and the car was not there. I walked back inside and asked "where is the car?" I did NOT use profanity, and I did NOT raise my voice. I simply said that I do not have the issues I have had today with the other locations. Matt denied us our rental because I said that. We left and I called to talk to a manager. Turns out, the car was not there, it was being driven there while we waited and Matt did not communicate this at all. The car was not even there by 8:30. The manager I spoke to was an equally unprofessional manager named Noah. He refused to give me Matt's name. I asked him why would they run a branch like this, telling me the car would be out front and making me stand there. His answer "I have people standing here waiting to be checked in". I hung up and vowed to never again waste my time at this location.
