  I will definitely go back to Lockport enterprise every one there was great they answered all my questions and had shown me how to work things in the car they were all super to deal with

  Very easy to deal with. Fast and friendly service. Noah was especially easy to deal with. I was upset about renting a small car cause that’s all I could afford, and Noah made me laugh about it. He made a stressful situation of not having my car not as bad.

  I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding an experience I had with one of your rental vehicles and the Enterprise location I visited in the Lockport area. I was traveling with my children from Lockport back to New Jersey when the rental vehicle began having serious issues, including stopping unexpectedly. Because I had children in the vehicle, I was extremely concerned about our safety. I contacted Enterprise Roadside Assistance, and they were very helpful. I was instructed to go to the nearest Enterprise location to exchange the vehicle so I could safely continue my trip and return the rental within a reasonable timeframe. When I arrived at the Enterprise location, I explained the situation to a young female employee and told her that I had already spoken with my original Enterprise location and Customer Service. I was also advised that there were notes on my rental account explaining the situation and that I was coming in specifically to exchange the vehicle because of the safety issue. Unfortunately, another male employee became involved and directed me away from the location and told me to go to the airport instead. This was extremely frustrating because I had already followed the instructions given to me by Enterprise and Roadside Assistance. I also had my children with me and was simply trying to get into a safe vehicle so we could make it home safely. I understand that rental locations have different procedures and vehicle availability, but I do not believe a customer with children in a vehicle experiencing serious mechanical problems should be redirected without the situation being properly addressed. This experience left me extremely disappointed with Enterprise and particularly with how this location handled a legitimate safety concern. I would appreciate having this incident reviewed, including the notes on my rental account and the actions of the employees involved. My primary concern was the safety of my children and myself. I hope Enterprise takes this matter seriously and provides an appropriate response and resolution. Thank you,

  This location is appalling! A young man, in his 20s, who I can only assume is the manager refused to treat myself, other customers and a Geico Agent with any decency. He was adversarial from the moment I walked in. I give my name, say the reservation is from Geico, and offer a confirmation code. Before even looking with the code he starts telling me there is no reservation. He finally finds it then tells me it’s for 3 days later. When I explained I called this location the day before to confirm the vehicle size and pickup time, he told me I was a liar and that “clearly only 2 men works here,” they “don’t hire women!” He then threatens to not allow me to rent ever again from Enterprise if I continue to question him. I go outside, call Geico to see if there was a mistake, Geico asked me to go back in with the phone on speaker. What I witnessed next was the most deceitful disgusting behavior! The same young man proceeds to lie to Geico! He continued to get more combative when asked basic questions. He claimed there was no reservation, then the date was actually 3 days later. When asked to show me the reservation for 3 days later, he says he won’t show “a third party” and “the general public” the reservation. Geico asked who this third party was, he claims it is me! Then claims he canceled it because I “didn’t want the car.” When the agent asked him to suggest another location he laughs and sarcastically says good luck, there isn’t a car available for 50 miles until next week. When Geico asked his name he said he doesn’t have to give it, takes the business cards off the desk and walks away. I leave, within minutes Geico confirmed the still active reservation for that morning, calls a location a few towns over and confirms pickup for that afternoon. The Geico agent also asked the other location if any of what this young man said at this location was true. They said he lied, the reservation was at this location for that morning, and he never canceled anything.
