My issue was a return of brake pads which I did not have a receipt for anne could not find it in the system. I did purchas there just no prof that i did. I feel that with the rise in retail theft In recent years it's becoming extremely hard to return items. As a heavy consumer, this is a big problem for me and my money. if I have an issue with a product and have a bad experience with a return, especially without a receipt. I will never buy anything there again.Unless I absolutely have to. This situation was a pivotal moment for my business with autozone. (Wills) manager. (Colleen) Was very polite and asked kammon sense questions about the purchase. She determined to honor the refund. As a result, I will continue to do business with autozone. I like the brand hours and convenience. I will continue to do business. Very happy with my experience.
