    I wish I remembered who help me because he helped me out big time! First off I went in 1 hour before they closed .... I was that person and didn't know if I needed a new battery or anything about anything regarding the truck and parts. He checked the battery out first to make sure it actually needed a new one which I really appreciated. He cashed me out and changed out my battery all within half an hour. My regular mechanic couldn't see me until Monday. If I ever remember his name (unfortunately it wasn't on the receipt) I will edit this post to give him the proper recognition. He made the entire process so smooth and stress free. I would highly recommend going here for any car battery issues.

    I was greeted at autozone by. (Will Fredo) very nice and nolgble. My issue was a return of brake pads which I did not have a receipt for anne could not find it in the system. I did purchas there just no prof that i did. I feel that with the rise in retail theft In recent years it's becoming extremely hard to return items. As a heavy consumer, this is a big problem for me and my money. if I have an issue with a product and have a bad experience with a return, especially without a receipt. I will never buy anything there again.Unless I absolutely have to. This situation was a pivotal moment for my business with autozone. (Wills) manager. (Colleen) Was very polite and asked kammon sense questions about the purchase. She determined to honor the refund. As a result, I will continue to do business with autozone. I like the brand hours and convenience. I will continue to do business. Very happy with my experience.
