  Associates were loud and inattentive which made my experience scary because while they are putting oil into my car and they are distracted from messing around with each other other. One associate actually joked about putting in the wrong fluid when one associate was questioning the correct one. that would be the assistant manager as he looked down at me to see my response. When leaving it was difficult to get out of the store as it was being blocked by an oil truck as some 25-year-old employee tried directing me out as I am a grown adult and do not need assistance. He made it very difficult and nerve-racking.

  Trey and Amelia worked well as a team, doing my tire rotation. They did so relatively quick, knew what they were doing, with no shortcuts. I let them know they did a great job!

  I was satisfied with my visit due to the workers being extremely nice and helpful! They were very understanding of some questions and concerns I had and helped me with everything i needed help with. They also made conversation with me as well so I was not bored throughout the oil change. They also noted a few pros and cons that was helpful to me on knowing what I need to know about my type of car
