  Hey Valvoline on 31, thanks for “forgetting” (or just not bothering) to put my undercarriage cover back on. Been driving around like that for 4 weeks without realizing… and ladies—this is your reminder why having a handy husband is elite. first and last time I let anyone but my husband touch my car 😅

  Pushy with literally anything your car could “possibly” need. Hidden donation fee added by the manager Brianna that was never mentioned to me during my overview of services LOL, just found on my invoice. Wanted a quick oil change and was literally trying to be sold anything and everything. This is on a 2014 SUV that’s never failed inspections and gets me from point A to point B for the last 7 years. Just stick to your regular shop people.

  If you go for an inspection you have no idea how busy they are until you get there. Drove 12 miles to find 7 cars in line. Corporate took phone away from the shop and they are clueless how busy they are at customer service. She said corporate policy. Here is a novel idea the business graduates can’t figure out. Have camera in view of lines and post in line for every location you select. 7 cars in line and 1/2 hour per car. Is that valuing customers. Customer service was useless and she became agitated when I was not receptive to excuses.
