  The woman was rude to begin with and what’s the point of having the app because the discounts aren’t anything. I used a $15 off my oil change from the app and it literally was the same price other than a few dollars shy of what it would have been if I didn’t use the app. Waste of money and time.

  Your tech broke my drain plug. The manager Brianna didn't apologize for the mishap and told me it would be a "minute" while the contacted another Valvoline station to get a tool to remove the plug. The person that show up an hour later informed me that it wasn't a tool that was needed but that he was a certified mechanic and had to remove the plug. I told the manager that I didn't want to pay for the oil change because of the inconvenience. She became hostile immediately and said here are some coupons for your next visit, still no apology from her. The technician from under the vehicle who broke the plug came up while the manager walked away and gave a heartfelt apology which I accepted and gave him a $20.00 tip and said to not worry. The manager came back and insisted I pay the invoice which I did. I have a hearing problem that stems from broken eardrums she said she told me have a good day and I didn't respond. She then said I was rude which I was not and under the circumstances probably could have been but I am not that kind of person. I asked her for the district managers name and she would not give it to me. She told me if I have a problem take it up with the Valvoline website on my receipt. Which is why I am writing this missive. I expect to hear from the district manager on this matter and expect to be fully reimbursed for this poor treatment and lack of customer service on the managers part. She set a very poor example to her fellow employees on how to handle problems that occur in the course of vehicle maintenance. Just as an aside if the plug was too tight that would have been caused by the technician at this shop who did the work the last time I was here. I will continue to use Valvoline VIOC stores just not this one. Dissatisfied customer Mike Considine

  I always experience friendly and quick service. I’d recommend anyone to use them. It’s so easy and they keep your records so they learn your car and let you know what they think is best for your car.
