  Manager greater me .I explained to her I didn't want a tainee working on my car manager said there no one new working here.i nicely asked why are you orienting him to the dipstick then she was rude and unprofessional Lied to my face.I WILL NEVER RE TURN.

  Huge lack of common sense and bigger lack of with automotive knowledge. Dropping something while working on car is almost a norm no biggie. They struggled to try and retrieve the drain plug that fell in between the fender and apron. Stripped a torx head bolt near the radiator support trying to gain access. The manager noticed the struggle came over to the vehicle tried from the bottom then tells the customer he's going to have to start the vehicle to turn the tire. The customer informed her there was NO OIL in the vehicle since it was drained for an oil change. She insisted he starts it that it would be fine, luckily the customer was smarter then a manager of a mechanic shop. She then got frustrated and asked a tech to replace the filter and fill it with oil. The customer then showed her the stripped bolt which REALLY frustrated her and she became extremely defensive RAISING her voice saying they didn't damage anything. She has no business being in charge of anything let alone a mechanic shop. Common sense and a little experience would have been to either use a long magnet to try and fish it out from the top or lift the car drop the fender liner.
