  Hello. I reserved a parking spot in advance through the app; at the time, there were 7 spots available. When I arrived at the lot, however, every spot was occupied, and I was told that there were no vacancies—despite the fact that I had already paid for my space. When I looked at the trucks parked there and noticed that they hadn't paid, I asked the staff to clear a spot for me; instead, they told me to get lost, insisting there were no spots available. I want a refund. It is truly appalling that they treated me this way: people who don't pay get to park, while I—a paying customer—am left with nowhere to go. To make matters worse, they called four sheriff's cruisers on me and attempted to arrest me simply because I asked them to verify the parking lot's availability. This constitutes truly terrible treatment; I am a law-abiding customer who paid for a service, yet they tried to arrest me like a criminal, while those who refuse to pay for parking sleep soundly. This is extremely poor service for truck drivers.

  The service at this gas station is very poor. They do not help customers on time, and the employee was rude and unfriendly. I had a bad experience here and hope they improve their customer service.

  Please don't bother stopping here; it is always full. There are two wrecked trucks, motorhomes, and private vehicles permanently occupying the spots—since, in reality, no one is actually present. These are spaces that many drivers could use to rest. Those in charge should take action.

  I stopped here for Fuel, box of DEF, and my lunch break. 11am on a Sunday, parking lot is full of trucks. Probably a dozen or so trucks not in parking spots, just randomly parked. Alot of drivers are blocked in by these randomly parked trucks, drivers are aggravated and angry. Parking lot is full of garbage, fuel island is filthy, store is improperly stocked. However, to my surprise, they do have the hot food bar at this location. Current in-app offer, "get 2 slices of pizza and a 20oz Pepsi product for 8 bucks". It's a solid deal, I typically like Pilot's pizza. I went with a slice of cheese and a slice of bacon ranch, and a diet Pepsi to wash it down. Not a bad combo, if i say so myself. The classic cheesy slice was tasty, but the bacon ranch slice was overwhelmingly salty. Pizza pie was fresh, but crust seems undercooked. I don't know. I wouldn't recommend this truck stop, don't expect to find a place to park here after 3pm. It's a convenient fuel stop, that's about it.
