  Great experience- these guys did a diagnostic only to find I had a factory recall. They didn’t charge me and sent me in the right direction for the recall repair. They’ve earned my future business with their honesty and helpfulness.

  Always quality work when I go to Hirams. The thing thats stands out most about them is the ‘no pressure’ environment they foster. They give you the honest assessment of your vehicle and they do not try to upsell you. That is extremely appreciated and will keep me coming back to them for service.

  So road tripping in upstate, knew I needed new tires after a 2000 mile road trip for my Fiat. Was on a limited time line, told them I had driven up from Georgia. Raised local upstate, but lone woman traveler, they knew I was in a jam. Only 2 tires came in, umm ok. Change them. Next day other tires came in. Get bill, ridiculously over priced, ok still needed tires. Get down to Alleghanies, car pulling hard right, pull paperwork NO FRONT END ALIGNMENT. Was not even offered an alignment after huge inconvenience and I even TOLD Russ AND Peter (the owner) my issue and i was driving great distances. >>> Gave them time to repair via phone message to only silence.<<< LADIES ESPECIALLY, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Clearly they think we are stupid.
