    Outstanding transaction! We drove 75 miles to purchase a vehicle We saw online. We set the appointment with Renee, who was fantastic. She responded to all of our inquiries so quickly and even sent the loan app to have everything ready for our arrival. Upon arriving we met with Adam Zink who was personable, so knowledgeable and very thorough. After agreeing on the financials. We met with Edin ( finance manager) who was so easygoing, personal and never once pressured us to purchase additional products. We were presented with a spotless, fully detailed vehicle, complete with a celebratory bow. Every step of this experience was ‘top notch’. Adam literally printed off the Carfax and went through it with us line by line. The entire process and sale was completely transparent and zero pressure. They covered every point and Adam even set up our Apple Car Play prior to driving off the lot. We have never had such a positive car buying experience and we will return to this dealership for our maintenance because we feel that they took the time to make a real connection with us! I’d give 10 stars if available. Thank you Renee, Adam and Edin. We can actually say that car buying was a pleasure!

    Came looking for a car, and everything was great until we sat down to talk about prices. I noticed the agent had a “slip of the tongue” way too many times—saying the wrong price (which was $2k lower than what was on paper) and giving incorrect add‑on prices. Because of that, I ended up not buying any packages or services; I honestly don’t know if they’d actually follow through on what they promised. They talked a lot when trying to sell and tried to cozy up to you, but the moment I said “no thanks” to their services, the cold face appeared, like they didn’t even want to waste their saliva on me. The price was good, and I got good financing, but it feels like all salespeople are the same.

    I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and while the buying process started off well, my overall experience afterward has been disappointing. My salesperson, Brandy, was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the purchase. However, after the sale was complete, the level of customer service changed significantly. I also ran into an issue when I was given incorrect information about which bank was financing my loan. Because I was directed to the wrong lender, my first payment ended up being one week late. I reached out with questions and concerns after my purchase but received little to no follow-up. Unfortunately, my experience with her manager, Edin, was much different. During the financing process, he strongly encouraged me to purchase an extended warranty, which would have increased my monthly payments and extended my loan by at least another year. When I declined, he responded with what I felt was a snarky remark, asking, “How would you pay for something upwards of $5,000?” I found the comment unprofessional and unnecessary, especially since I had already decided the extended warranty wasn’t the right choice for me. Within the first month of owning the vehicle, multiple electrical warning lights appeared on the dashboard. I called the dealership at least seven times and had to explain the issue repeatedly to different employees before I was finally able to leave a message and receive a callback. When I eventually spoke with a technician, I was told that because the warning lights had turned off, I shouldn’t worry about them and should call back if they returned. My concern is that my New York State mandatory warranty could expire before the problem is properly diagnosed, leaving me responsible for a repair that I reported while the vehicle was still under warranty. Instead of feeling like my concerns were taken seriously, I was left feeling as though they were being pushed aside. I also called to ask whether the dealership offered a complimentary oil change, as many dealerships provide at least the first service free of charge. No one was able to answer my question, and I was transferred to another technician’s voicemail. I never received a return call. Overall, I would rate my experience 2 out of 5 stars. While Brandy made the purchase process pleasant, the incorrect financing information, lack of communication, poor follow-up, and failure to address my post-purchase concerns have left me disappointed. I would recommend that prospective buyers proceed with caution.

    All of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and informative, especially Liz. She took the time to understand what I was looking for in a vehicle and was able to find the perfect match based on my preferences. At no point did I feel pressured or pushed into making a decision, which I really appreciated. Edin, who helped us with the finance part of the process, was also excellent. He was knowledgeable, patient, and explained every step of the financing process in a clear, concise, and easy to understand manner. Overall, the experience was smooth, enjoyable and exceeded my expectations.

    I am giving two stars for two certain individuals who works there and they were kind, their customer service was high! Other than that, let’s talk CAR.. I bought a used SUV from them, I took it for a quick test drive and didn’t investigate the actual status of the car for the dealership supposedly is highly regarded, the vehicle I purchased was involved in quote (minor accident), after I took it home, the noise that was coming from the front was while accelerating was very uncomfortable, almost a month after purchasing it an engine light came on dash! I was not happy, I took it back to them to fix that noise and see what’s with the engine light on, I was told engine light was a minor problem and the noise was fixed, Sure, the engine light was gone but the noise problem was not fixed, I stayed up for nights(imagine that) to figure out what is going on with the noise? I finally decided to change tires on my own expense somewhere else, I did, the noise was gone! Also, I realized, remote start doesn’t work, the inside lights don’t work, the driver controls for the doors to open and shut don’t work as well! Summer time is here, 4 months after the purchase, guess what? A C doesn’t work, I tried to fill it out with refrigerant worth $220 but it didn’t work, my kids, my wife and myself are extremely disappointed in this bad lemon deal. We know it is under two years warranty, but we don’t have time for a different dance every other day! We don’t have the money to keep piling into this black money hole we purchased from this dealership. I am a department of Homeland Security employee, and a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, and my message to every DHS employee and every veteran: Be extremely careful signing papers and or purchasing a car from this dealership, especially if you have a family. Honesty, integrity doesn’t exist anymore! What does around comes back around. Lesson learned and I will pass on this message to all the folks I work with. Have a good day!
