  My daughter just called the dealership to make an appointment to get a state inspection for her 2025 HR-V. After getting transferred through 3 different people, the last lady who took her call, when asked if they had any availability for an inspection, she just said, "we don't have anything" and ended the call. No "sorry," nothing...we won't be bringing our cars there ever for anything, or buying our next Hondas there. If you are in the market for a Honda, take the drive to Garber Honda in Rochester - incredible customer service, and they treat you like royalty, no matter how busy they are. Also, they have fine-tuned their work flow perfectly. Night and Day difference! Great Lakes Honda, if you are reading this, you might want to head over to Garber to learn how customer service works and why they have such a loyal customer base (And no...they don't know I'm mentioning them in this review).

  This is one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. From the minute I walked in, I was treated as if I mattered and my car buying needs and terms were respected. I worked with Ahmed who in my opinion is a top-notch salesman. He listened to my needs and worked hard to get me into a vehicle that is perfect for me. As well, Ahmed is one of the kindest gentlemen ever! Also a shout out to the finance director Charlie E....he is great to work with! I highly recommend this dealership, and will return there in the future! Thank you so much Great Lakes Honda...my car is sweet!

  Today I walked into Great Lakes Honda City shopping for a new Honda CR-V. I was greeted by Elizabeth Bilinski who provided her undivided attention while showing me all the models and available options Honda offered for the vehicle I was looking for. Elizabeth possessed a vast knowledge of the product line and was able to quickly match me up with a vehicle that met all my wants and needs. From my perspective the process of actually making the purchase seemed effortless. It was a zero stress environment with the whole transaction be upfront, out in the open and streamlined . I attribute this directly to my salesperson Elizabeth’s knowledge base and experience with vehicle sales. I would not hesitate to recommend Elizabeth and Great Lakes Honda City to family and friends. When the time comes for another vehicle I will definitely be a returning customer.

  I love the car I purchased and could not be happier! Omar was so helpful! He worked with my budget and got me into an SUV that is 6 years newer than what I thought I could afford. He answered all my questions, showed me the features (and how they work!), provided me with a thorough vehicle history report and Carfax. The entire process was a breeze. I purchased my car that day. The finance department was great! They were able to get me a better interest rate than my local credit union. When I picked it up to drive home, Omar had filled the gas tank and even put balloons on the windshield! He helped me set up the Bluetooth and even gave me a keychain good for free car inspections at Great Lakes Honda City. I highly recommend this dealership.

  First off I'll start by sharing I had been checking out tons of dealerships for used cars and I saw the car I wanted online i checked for the availability I'm about 5 minutes later I got a phone call wondering when I can come in for the test drive. Went in immediately Brian took care of us right to the test drive very respectful and helpful. After that we stopped back inside and talked numbers and once again Brian did his job told him what I wanted for my trade and the vehicle and got my vehicle. They constantly keep in touch with you and do their best to make sure you're happy and if you have any problems to call them immediately so they can take care of it I'm happy with my experience and very thankful I definitely recommend great lakes Honda City.
