  GL Honda City has a great service department. I've purchased 6 Hondas there partly because of service department. Clint and Sean are awesome service technicians.

  My girlfriend and I came in knowing exactly which vehicle we were going to buy. We were lucky enough to get Ali as our salesman. He was warm and welcoming, as well as very attentive to our needs. He helped us make sure we were making informed choices, presenting us with our options without being pushy about any of the extras. Throughout the entire experience we kept up good conversation that helped keep the process feeling comfortable and easy. While I hope to not have to buy another vehicle any time soon, when the time comes I will want Ali again.

  I've been a customer for almost 20 years. I just purchased my 4th vehicle, a 2027 Honda CRV, from them this past week. Elizabeth Bilinski was my sales person. She was excellent to work with. I also get all my service done at Honda City. I am thrilled to be continuing my relationship with them.

  Purchased a 2026 CRV hybrid Sport Touring from them on April 30th. They gave me the car dirty with a defect on the roof that they should have noticed when they checked the vehicle in, detailed it, did the final walkthrough. Also there was weird stuff all over the passenger mirror that blocks the view. There was also a bag under the passenger seat with a Continental barcode on it and a huge bolt. I never wanted to go back there and let another dealership fix their incompetence but I decided to give them another chance. I brought the car there for an appointment to get the roof fixed and when I dropped it off the service guy said he would need to order the part. I told him that is not what Marc Zicaro(sp) explained. He replied, well if Marc said that then I'm sure the parts are here. Later that day I got a call from Marc that he had ordered the wrong parts and that they would be in the next day. I went to pick up my car the next evening and was just handed my keys at the service desk and was told it was outside. It was covered in dust/grime from them leaving it out on the lot the whole time. They didn't even wash it before returning it. Marc said oh it is a license plate bolt like you thought...umm I kept telling them there was no way a bolt that huge was for a license plate so I'll just have to always wonder if it is supposed to be in the car somewhere. I never got a follow-up call from Marc (horrible customer service). One of the things the car came with is some sort of weird over spray/huge blotches all over the passenger side mirror. I have tried cleaners and it will not come off, so I have to look at that every time I look over at my side mirror. I'll have to go to a different dealership to get that addressed and bill Great Lakes Honda City. Hearing their ad on the radio tonight reminded me about my horrible experience. I wish I could post the pictures so that everyone could see how Great Lakes Honda delivers their cars. I do not recommend this dealership at all.
