  The collision shop arranged for Enterprise to pick me up. I was offered a brand new 2026 SUV to drive while my car was being repaired. That was a very nice car experience! Luckily, My car was repaired quickly and I was able to get my car. Enterprise was called and they picked up the rental car. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

  The staff at the clay/liverpool were exceptionally helpful and caring when it came to using this service. My car crashed out on me about two months ago. When I came into the store to retrieve my rental, the staff was very inviting and helpful. They slowed down the process and showed me some the inventory available. They helped me sort through the available inventory, which allowed me to make a more informed choice to meet my needs at the time When it became apparent that I would be needing a more long term rental. The staff was very supportive and gave me options that met my needs, and would be affordable. They were helpful in exchanging cars when there was a problem with the first rental. 10 out of 10 when it comes to the level of customer support and service. Well trained, well, knowledgeable and great advocates for a brand name.
