Excellent service! I came in for an oil change, and the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. I got my tires done a while back and it was a genuinely awful experience. The guy at the desk was so rude and aggressive and the manager was a huge jerk when I went back and talked to him about it. On top of this, I have a stagger rim setup (meaning wider in the back) that was very clearly disclosed and they still put them on wrong. They overinflated my tires to a dangerous extent. My tires are supposed to be inflated to 34PSI. They inflated them to 50, 50, 60, and 70. Lastly, they didn’t even mount one of the tires correctly. It was leaking the next day. I thought maybe it was bad luck and that I ran over a nail, but the issue was actually that one of the tires wasn’t mounted properly and it was leaking out of where it was supposed to be sealed. Never had such a terrible experience at any sort of auto shop in my life and I’ve been to a LOT

Brought my Volkswagen in after another mechanic told me they "fixed" my issue when I told them my tire valve was leaking, just to come home and it still was! Mavis fixed it within the hour and replaced the valve and now my car is right as rain! Thank God! Kenny was the one who checked me in and made sure everything operated smoothly! Will definitely be returning for any tire issues from here on out since I obviously can't rely on my family mechanic anymore.
