I was on my way to work and started having issue with tire pressure. I was lucky enough to find Mavis, on Sunrise Highway, Lindenhurst and stopped there. I had some sort of metal in my tire that was not able to be repaired and need a new tire, which I will need to go to dealer. They were so helpful and kind to me and took off and put my spare tire on for me and did not charge me. I thought that was so nice of them to not only be so pleasant, but helped me with just a smile and did not look for anything in return. I would highly recommended this Mavis location for not only fast and competent service, but for the professionalism, kindness and care they show their customers and random people in need, like me.

the service was amazing and they didn’t even charge us on a missing lug nut on the passenger wheel which was amazing I would recommend this store to everybody needing car service because the team at mavis is the best because the service was quick and fast and cheap too.

Unlike Firestone tires across the street, I received Outstanding Service at Mavis Tire, Sunrise Hwy. in Lindenhurst
I had such a wonderful experience! I was in and out in less than an hour. My tire was plugged and repaired, and they checked all four tires to make sure the tire pressure was correct.
I especially want to recognize Kenny, who was incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely kind. He even comped my repair and wouldn’t accept a tip. His thoughtful act of kindness toward a senior truly touched me. ❤️
Kenny reminded me that kindness can make someone’s entire day better, and I hope to pay his kindness forward.

I stopped by this Mavis because I was sensing a problem with one of my tires and I have to tell you the service and the respect that I received from Kenny and Mark is stellar, these two gentlemen gave amazing customer service and found the leak in my tire

I've been going to this location for years. They have always been very professional and have provided efficient service. One staff member I would love to shout out is Ken, who did an excellent job of attending to my needs with replacing my tire's stem valve. Got it done in less than 5 minutes.
