  M-spec performance is a great shop. Steve made communication seamless and was super responsive. The technology was great - photos/videos during inspection, etc. Would highly recommend this shop to all Euro car owners.

  M-Spec Performance is truly everything you want in a mechanic — and everything you usually don’t expect to find. Earlier this year we purchased a 2016 Range Rover in New Jersey and brought it to M-Spec Performance for a post-sale vehicle inspection. What we received was far beyond a typical inspection. Steve and his team were incredibly thorough, documenting every issue in an extremely detailed report and backing it all up with extensive photographic evidence. Their report was so comprehensive that we were able to take it back to the seller, return the vehicle, and obtain a full refund. Without Steve, his team, and the extremely detailed documentation and photographs they provided, getting the vehicle returned and receiving our full refund would have been a lot more difficult, to say the least. Their attention to detail quite literally helped protect us from being stuck with a vehicle that had significant issues. We've since returned with our new vehicle and plan to be continuing customers. What impressed us just as much was their communication throughout the entire process. They are extremely open and honest about whatever situation you're dealing with, explain what to expect financially, and never make you feel pressured or kept in the dark. They are also incredibly helpful when it comes to navigating extended warranties and will actually take the time to walk you through the process & help where they can. Their online platform is another level of transparency. Every single detail is documented, logged, and maintained, and they provide photographs so you can actually see what they are finding and working on. You always know what is happening with your vehicle and why. And beyond all of that, Steve and his team are patient, kind, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping their customers. They take the time to explain things and make sure you understand your options rather than making you feel like just another repair order. Honestly, they are everything you want in a mechanic: thorough, honest, transparent, communicative, patient, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Finding a mechanic you can truly trust is not easy. M-Spec Performance has absolutely earned ours. Five stars doesn't even feel like enough. We would highly recommend Steve and his entire team to anyone looking for a shop that will genuinely look out for you and your vehicle.

  I’m extremely satisfied with my experience at M-Spec Performance in Lindenhurst! The gentlemen here are professional, welcoming, and respectful. They worked with my schedule and walked me through the troubleshooting process step by step, using camera footage to show what they found and explain the work needed to resolve the issue. My vehicle had an electrical problem, and these guys took care of it! They also gave a few other components some much-needed TLC. Their attention to detail and clear communication made me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. They know what they’re doing and go out of their way to take care of their customers. Highly recommend!
