  These guys are straight up Awesome A1 and top notch. I took my taycan to not one but TWO Porsche dealerships for a suspension fault light. And got two and they tried to put me thru the ringer. As someone with a fair knowledge of cars, I could see right thru their nonsense, picked my car up and took it to MSpec. These guys had it up and running in 2 days! TWO. And for a fraction of what the dealer was charging. That attitude, the energy and work is top notch, I’ve found my new home for all my car needs. 10 stars out of 5. Highly recommend! And this is coming from a person that RARELY and I mean RARELY ever writes reviews.

  Hey I went to spec performance for my tyre and rim replacement and I met Andrew he was genuinely amazing & kind. They did not charge me anything for replacing my wheel and rim. It was truly amazing of Andrew and I must say they were really hospital and extremely kind. Anyone looking for any mechanical services Spec performance is the place to go. The facility is amazing too.

  Made an online drop-off appointment for my Audi on their web portal, my car got towed in, and they had no clue it was scheduled to arrive (the appointment got “lost”, but magically found later in the email system). Then the car sits there for 2.5 weeks basically untouched- no updates, no repair estimate, not even a phone call saying they won’t be able to get around to it this month. Never again.

  If I could give zero stars to this location I would. I had bought air intakes and an inlet to install in my car. The shop said they could do it no problem but I had to wait a bit because they were busy. I knew this shop was charging me much more than what other shops charge but I figured they knew what they were doing and they could install it properly, which was my mistake. When they first installed it, after driving it a few times on short trips, I got a check engine light. Reaching out to the shop took a ridiculous amount of time just to get a hold of someone so I could bring my car back and they can fix or assess the situation. Finally, when they told me to bring it in, they didn’t touch the car for two days. It was just sitting in the lot. I had reached out to the manufacturer of the products that I bought and they said no one else has had this issue before and they asked if the shop installed a silver piece from the stock to the new mod that I added. And when I sent it to them both text and email I received no response for a day before they contacted me saying that yes they forgot that part and they reinstalled it. Once they “fixed” the situation. I took the car back and took it out for a drive just for the check engine light to come back again and when I called the shop back, it took me a while to reach them again and they basically claimed it’s my problem and not theirs and they could try fixing it, but they would charge me full price again when I didn’t even cause this issue. I finally reached out to another shop that the manufacturer recommended and when I took my car to them they sent me pictures of how the other shop messed up the parts I had bought. It was all dented and basically shoved inside my car not done with proper care. A lot of the stuff could’ve been broken, If the shop that I just brought my car to didn’t fix it not only did they mess up my parts but they damaged my car. They should’ve told me from beginning that they did not know how to install this part and I could’ve gone to another shop and saved myself a headache and all these problems but instead they went back-and-forth with claiming was my issue and my problem and they still damaged the pieces that they installed in my car. I have been to this shop multiple times before and Steve has the audacity to tell me that what they installed is a “you” problem and that he was doing me a favor for even installing aftermarket parts. How do you call yourself Mspec performance and can’t even install high flow inlets correctly 2 times If anyone has a G80 please don’t bring it here they can only do general maintenance nothing more

  Best shop on LI (NY). I just dropped my car off at M-spec for the second time. The first time, I got a pre-purchased inspection which went super well and made me amazingly confident on my purchase. Steven was great and walked me through everything that was found in the report. They also do a digital report so you can always reference it and get a PDF if you’d like. I now just dropped my car off again to get the work done that was recommended. The shop is super flexible, which is great. My work schedule tends to have me out of the state/country quite often and these guys make accommodations that work for me. This is probably the first shop that I don’t feel like they’re just trying to squeeze every penny out of me and truly trying to help the customer in the car. Go to M-spec lindenhurst for any euro cars/any car needs!!!!
