  This company (formerly Nu look collision) is a large “in network provider” for many of the main insurance companies running scams! They will coerce you into taking your vehicle here, give you the runaround and damage your vehicle more in the process. ( Our vehicle was originally at the original manufacturer Toyota dealership for an assessment, and for repairs when the insurance company (Liberty Mutual Insurance)requested to move it to their in network provider) After this is done, they will let your vehicle sit on the lot and not contact you until you wonder what’s going on. Once enough time has gone by, they will pretend to contact you through different cell numbers other than their office phone number but never leave a message. This business is lying and conniving to make a dollar on claims or to prevent from paying out due claims to customers through their relationship & scamming practices with the big insurance companies. My 2016 White Toyota Tundra has been there since the beginning of this year with no response Or communication to us at all. We had to hire a private investigator to assist in the process and report back through intense photo/video documentation on the issues. Please stay away from this shop is NOT honest as they will lie steal and cheat from you if you bring anything to them as they only see $$! If you do happen to fall victim to these Insurance fraudsters, please report them to the New York State Department of financial services team and create a consumer complaint case where you will be assigned a CSB number. Thank you!

  I took my car to nulook after I was hit in a parking lot. They fixed the body work, but when I picked up my car it was making an awful metal on metal clinking noise from the back end. I brought the car back and they claimed they were going to send it over to Bob Johnson for diagnosis. When I got my car back they said it was the braking system, and they told the insurance company that it was not caused by the accident. I took it to Orleans ford to get a second opinion(my boyfriend is a technician and didn't agree with the diagnosis), which came out of my own pocket. Orleans ford told me it was my shock. So I called Bob Johnson because of the misdiagnosis, I was told by the service guy that the only thing they did to my car was an alignment and they never did a diagnosis on it at all. I am seriously disappointed that I was lied to by David at Nulook. He had absolutely no concern for my safety, his negligence could have cost me my life had the problem been more serious. I will never do business with them again.
