She is professional...friendly and knowledgeable. In other words...SHE CARES!!!!
I crawled in on a doughnut. And drove out with a new tire that matched my other 3.
It took much less time than I thought and was reasonably priced.

Had a leaking tire and stopped into Mavis for a plug repair. They got me in quick, fixed it fast, and had me back on the road with no issues. Everyone was cool and the service was great. Definitely appreciate the help and I’d go back again.

Went in and got all new brakes, tires, rotors, etc. Spent over $2000 and then had to come back multiple times due to an awful screeching sound coming from the 2 front brakes. They ended up changing them the first time and charged me labor and assured me it was fixed. They started screeching again so I returned and are offering no solution other than keep changing them and charging me for labor. I also went in because my front tires have been loosing air excessively for no reason, they couldn’t figure out why either. Frustrated I went back to the counter and the guy simply laughs and shakes his head sarcastically saying “he’s offering solutions”. They offer warranty for parts but obviously if you don’t do the job correctly or give faulty parts you’re gonna keep paying the labor to fix it every time there’s an issue. It basically adds up to paying for the actual parts. Horrible customer service.
