  Would have given a zero if I could have. When I took my car for an oil change they lost my oil plug and had to wait about an hour and a half for them to find it. I was promised a free oil change because go the wait and struggle I had to go thru while I was there and now that I called today about the free oil change now they won’t honor it the best they could do was 25% off. This place is a joke I will never go back there. I was promised and free oil change and now they can’t honor it this please is so ridiculous.

  I went in for oil change today and they told me my oil is still clean I don’t need change come back in October. Overwhelmed with their Honesty!!!! This is the place to go!

  Two guys polishing seats and a manager holding down the air compressor. 15 minutes to close and The Manager walks out and says we're not taking any more cars. I had a long day. It was no surprise, I'm surrounded.

  I decided to leave a review because I was very disappointed with how my issue was handled. I had an oil change at Valvoline in June. About a month later, my car started acting strangely and was making a noise I had never heard before. It wasn't anything extremely loud, but it was definitely unusual. Since my car is only two years old and had just had an oil change, I never suspected it was related to the oil. I took my car to the dealership where I purchased it. As soon as they put it on the lift, they found oil all over the underside of the vehicle. The oil filter was extremely loose, causing a slow oil leak, and there was barely any oil left in the engine. Thankfully, the leak had been slow enough that it didn't result in catastrophic engine damage. The dealership had to perform a diagnostic inspection to make sure the engine hadn't been damaged from running with such low oil. They also had to replace the oil filter and perform another oil change. I was charged approximately $200 for the diagnostic inspection, in addition to the cost of the oil change. I filed a claim with Valvoline, expecting them to take responsibility for the costs caused by their mistake. Instead, they agreed to reimburse me only for the oil change. They refused to cover the diagnostic fee because I initially brought the vehicle in due to a noise, claiming they didn't believe the noise was related to the oil issue. However, the diagnostic found nothing wrong with my vehicle other than the loose oil filter and resulting oil leak. The inspection was necessary to confirm there was no internal engine damage after the engine had been left with almost no oil due to an improperly installed oil filter. That diagnostic would not have been needed if the oil change had been done correctly in the first place. The only other issue found during my visit was a nail in one of my tires, which happened the day before my appointment and was completely unrelated. I paid for that repair myself.
