  Safelite Autoglass was an excellent experience. The staff gave me a quote and stuck to it. All the personnel were kind and courteous, and I was notified when my vehicle was ready for pick up. It was clean and the windshield looks great. Thank you Safelite.

  Great experience with Safelite. Tom, our technician did an excellent job, kept me informed of his arrival time, explained the repair process and post repair instructions thoroughly. Service was completed quickly too.

  The whole experience was better than expected. Although you MUST check the itemized list. I had them delete the $ 70 wipers and the $ 50 window treatment, that they automatically add. The technician they sent was very nice and knowledgeable. My windshield was fixed faster than I expected. Happy 😊

  Windshield replacement performed in shop at the Latham facility, with forward camera recalibration and all windshield stickers/attachments transferred to the new glass by the technician. Vehicle was dropped off and work was performed during my scheduled appointment time as indicated in the appointment confirmation email. Fees were billed directly to my car insurance provider by Safelite. I took photos of my vehicle before-hand to confirm no damage was done to my vehicle’s paint during service, which was a concern based on experiences related to me while I was looking for recommendations for windshield repair options.

  My insurance company set up the appointment... easy. I received texts/ emails about my appointment...great! I received a call asking if I could come in sooner than my original appointment time...awesome! Checked in easy, front desk woman was friendly... and that's where the good stuff ended. While I was there with my son and please keep in mind I'm hearing impaired, an agitated customer started yelling at the front desk about how long he was there for... the gentleman behind the glass counter, slammed the glass on the customer. Then everyone in the waiting room could hear the workers yelling and swearing about the customer in the work shop. Then a worker came and he and the customer got into it right in the waiting room. It was ridiculous on both ends. The customer was wrong in his treatment towards the woman at the front desk but the workers were wrong for escalating it. There should be a policy about how to handle disgruntled customers and workers should not be overheard yelling about the customer. And arguments between customer and worker should not take place in the waiting area, where everyone is waiting! As for my windshield, my only complaint is please please please VACUUM the pieces of glass!!! I understand it's a messy job but Safelite states that your car will be free of glass when you get it back. I did tell the one worker and he was extremely polite about it and took it back to vacuum it. The appointment was easy to schedule, service time took as expected, woman at front desk and gentleman who vacuumed my car were nice.
