  Took the car home on a sunny day and needed it for work this Monday. It is raining and as soon as my wife put the wipers on they flew off on the interstate. We are working on the situation now. Totally unsafe work by Safelite. Can’t even find a number to call to speak to a local office nor can you easily get to talk to anyone from the website. Let’s hope nothing accident wise comes from my wife driving in the rain to work. That would not be good. My advice, go somewhere else.

  My technician, Lucas, handled an adverse situation with a very professional attitude. It started to rain during a remote appt. He very kindly offered to start work at the shop, 20 mins away, instead of rescheduling. He was very apologetic of the circumstances but it wasn’t anything he could control, Mother Nature. When arriving at the shop he took the car right in and completed the work very swiftly. I was very pleased with the service and the final product.

  They fixed the windshield but left stuff on it instead of cleaning it off, left an object near the windshield that could have easily hit another persons car, the wipers they charged me for are horrible and if I knew I didn’t have to replace them I would have kept the ones that came with my car not to mention they left stuff in my car instead of cleaning it out and never put things back how it was when I dropped my car off. Paid over 1k for a windshield repair and very disappointed with the turnout especially the extra stuff that was paid but not done and not up to part

  I knew it would be “all day” when I dropped it off at 9:30 but when I called at 1pm they assured me they were working on it and would text me shortly with the update. I came in at 4:30 (they close at 5pm) to get a text that said they started working on my car and I sat there for another hour waiting. Do NOT schedule a drop off appointment unless you don’t need your car for 8+ hrs. I don’t care about the length of time I care that I was lied to.

Scheduling was easy, communication was excellent, and the technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the process. The installation was clean, completed on time, and the new windshield looks perfect. Great customer service and quality workmanship—I wouldn't hesitate to use Safelite again or recommend them to anyone needing glass replacement. Under $400 for an SUV.
