  Hands down the most amazing experience ever. My mom went to another tire place (not here) who not only said they cannot repair our tire but was really pressuring her to buy two, “for safety reasons”. When they put the donut back on our car, they didn’t screw the cap back on so air leaked out as she drove away. My mom came to Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers as a hopeful second opinion. Not only did they fix our tire, they cleaned up the back of our car that the other company let fix-a-flat spray all over the back of our car from our damaged, “unsalvageable” tire we tried to repair in order to make the drive home. This is the most phenomenal experience we have ever had with a tire company. When our tires need replaced, matinence or any questions we have- this is the only place we will go. They deserve all the credit and thank you for making my mom’s Mother’s Day weekend amazing.

  Andrew Mann is the MAN !! Only friendly, honest techs here at this monroe 👍 brought my wife's car in for a small emergency repair and because it was so easy (only about 10 minutes on the lift) the owner Rob offered the service for free. I couldn't leave without paying, but these guys wanna do good work for the community instead of breaking your bank! Who doesn't love a shop that treats you like a regular the first time you walk through the door?? Get your work done here. Couldn't recommend it more 👍

  amazing service, friendly people! My alternator decided to stop working and this is the first time my car has ever broken down, and of course I am at college out of my home state so I can’t get to my regular mechanic. These guys were amazing, once I got there they let me know the mechanic was gone but they had a tech and they would see what they could do, and if possible would work on my car the rest of the night in hopes of getting it back to me. They did battery tests and alternator tests just make sure they knew the specific issue and once they did they ordered the part and got to work, I was in and out with a new alternator in 3 hours. They tried to keep it has cheap as possible, making sure they did not need to replace the battery as well if possible. Also just overall very friendly, they let me use a charger behind the desk for the my phone and answered all my questions! Incredible experience, 100% recommend and will take my car back if I ever need a mechanic again while at school!!

  I had the tires alignment, first time used this facility. Everything went very smoothly and professional, from scheduling the appointment online, no delay when arrived. Was nervous a little bit after reading reviews from other similar businesses. They gave me peace of mind by checking and adjusting what should be. I think I will use this place in the future.
