  I had a great experience with this Monro location! The guys were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. My car had an issue that had been caused by another shop, and they went above and beyond to solve it. Great service and amazing price for the work that was done. Thank you!

  I showed up about 45 minutes before closing. Errichetto took care of my vehicle (names Chad) and completed the oil change quickly! Maybe it was closing time *shrug*. I appreciated the service either way!

  I stopped in because my vehicle experienced a minor issue. They were able to resolve the issue very quickly and efficiently. The staff seems friendly and knowledgeable. From my experience I would definitely recommend considering this repair shop. And this is coming from someone who is not big on recommending things especially repair shops

  Update… I spoke to someone from customer service after writing a review on June 7th about issues with my vehicle being misdiagnosed 2x in the same day, being charged $2,500 to fix things that actually didn’t need repair, my concerns regarding the issue I came in for still occurring being dismissed, being told I could not use a $100 coupon on their website because “the price was already in the computer” & the additional money I had to pay another mechanic to actually repair my vehicle. I sent in photos of the misdiagnosis as well. The parts were completely missing so how that was failed to be seen not only once but 2x is extremely concerning. Nearly 1 month later I have yet to hear back from Monro regarding my complaint. I had been a loyal customer of Monroe in Latham for several years and had recently spent about $2,500 there, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I brought my car in because of a loud clunking noise and bumping sensation coming from the rear driver’s side when making left turns. When I tried to explain the issue, I was rushed and told they already knew what the problem was. I was sold repairs including rear shocks, a front suspension link, and brakes, but the original problem remained. After returning and having the noise demonstrated again, I was told it was a loose heat shield and that I would need to take the car to a dealer. I explained that the heat shield noise was not the same noise I had originally reported. A second mechanic later found that the actual problem was a trailing arm bushing that had completely disintegrated and was missing. I have photos documenting this. I was also told the condition was unsafe to drive on the highway until repaired, despite being told by Monroe that it was not a safety concern. What bothers me most is not that a mistake was made, but that my concerns were not listened to and the issue was missed twice. After this experience, I no longer have confidence in the Latham location and will be taking my business elsewhere.
