This place does excellent work and gives detailed, transparent estimates and explanations or service expectations. There can be a wait, which should be expected in this industry. I, however, called ahead and they got me right in.
I specifically did business with one of the managers, Dean, and he was wonderful. He even took the time to explain things under my car that my son had questions about because he had noticed his interest in the process.
Excellent service, clear truthful pricing, and friendly staff. Highly recommend!!!

This place does not deserve a star. The first time I came here for my New York State inspection. They would not pass because they stripped my lug nuts. I scheduled an appointment online to have my car inspected at five o'clock today.June thirtieth and I showed up to them, unwilling to do the work because it was almost closed time.They said they tried to call me several times but I got not one missed call when they tried to call me. They called me right in front of everybody. And I got the notification and they still would not give my inspection. We'll never go to a mavis again.

You can get good prices if youre willing to wait hours for basic work. Also appointments mean nothing. I did go in about 30 mins early and told them it was okay if they couldn't take me early and instead of saying that they couldn't they made me believe they could and then my appointment time came around and I asked how long itd be till my car was taken in and they said 1hr. So I went to valvoline next door cause $20 is not worth that much of my time

Made an appointment at 9 am for my brakes to be checked. I know I needed rear brake pads at minimum. After waiting for an hour and a half, realizing they were taking walk ins and helping them first, I said I wanted my keys to leave. When I finally got my keys back and asked if they even looked at my car I was told no they were working on three cars at the same time. So they took a walk in for a flat tire, checked her car, took another walk in and told him 90 minutes before his car would even be looked at but my car at 9 am was never even looked. I don't mind waiting but almost two hours had gone by and no one even looked at my car which had an appointment but walk ins had come and left. Very disappointed but thankful I didn't give them any of my money.
