  My visit to this Goodyear location was amazing thanks to Todd assisting me and helping me with every step. They got me going very quickly!

  I have been going to this Goodyear for about 8 years (its next to my office so its convenient). They've been through a few managers and we've had our ups and downs but Todd absolutely blows them all out of the water. Went in for an inspection and found I needed work done. Todd worked with me to get my car in as quickly as possible so I could get the new inspection sticker on. Quoted me and we scheduled the major job, brake,rack and pinion and inspection. Dropped car off yesterday and went to work. Hadn't heard from Todd and got nervous. Called him same afternoon and he said the tech was busy with my headache but should be good to pick up same night. Headed over after work and Todd looked very dejected,knowing I was stressing out so HE was stressing out. Car wasn't ready. The big job the tech did didnt take, the parts leaked just like my original ones. Todd apologized and said they had to keep the car overnight. Not his fault, or the techs. They had to reorder the parts. Fast forward to today. Hadn't heard from him by 1 and got nervous (again BIG JOB) so touched base. Didn't even give my name, just said its the headache customer and he knew who I was. Things went much smoother today. He called me at 3 to let me know they were road testing the car. 345 I went to the Dollar Tree next to them and saw my car. Immediately ran back over to pay and collect my car. Todd was SO patient with the credit card issues I was having but got me taken care of. I asked to speak to the tech to thank him as well, as I'm not sure how often they get the direct thanks. Todd joked with me he was so tired of looking at my car he went home early but ensured he would thank him personally for me. We own 3 cars. All 3 cars go here for all the work. I could never say enough good about this shop. They really have an amazing crew here and I really do recommend them whenever someone says they need car repairs of any sort done.

  Shout out to Todd, who helped me jumpstart my car that was dead outside of their establishment. Gave me a few tips and was incredibly helpful without being pushy. I will definitely give this place more business in the future.

  We want to say that our recent experience with Goodyear at the Latham Circle was wonderful as all our past visits have been! All of the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. They are always accommodating with appointments, and have done a great job servicing our cars for years! We highly recommend this shop and their entire staff. Diane and Steve Trowbridge
