    I had a great experience renting a cargo van from Enterprise with my wife. Jim Scannapieco, the Branch Manager, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood everything before we left. We really appreciated his patience and excellent customer service. We were very happy with the experience and especially with the service we received from Jim. He is a great asset to Enterprise, and we would definitely rent from Enterprise again. Highly recommended!

    Exceptional customer service at Latham NY branch. When I arrived to pick up the truck I reserved, there was not one available (due to late return from another customer ). The staff arranged a very satisfactory substitute. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Enterprise staff even drove me home after truck return. Five stars doesn’t begin to cover it. Should be 10 stars
