I want to recognize Jake, the manager, and Glory at the Mavis location in Larchmont for their outstanding customer service.
After experiencing an issue with poorly aligned tires at another Mavis location, Jake and Glory were incredibly attentive and professional. They took the time to understand the situation, addressed the problem, and made sure the wheels were properly aligned and everything was resolved.
I appreciated how seriously they took the issue and how helpful they were throughout the process. Their professionalism and commitment to making things right made a real difference.
I highly recommend the Larchmont Mavis location, and especially Jake and Glory, for their excellent customer service!
My whole family goes to the Larchmont location for 18 years (since 2008).

🚗 My Car Inspection Experience at Mavis in Larchmont, NY! 🚗
My car inspection was due in September, but I thought it was due in October. Then I looked at my inspection sticker and was like, “AHHHHH!” 😂
I called and made an appointment for August 30th, which was a Sunday. I arrived early and waited. When they took my car in and started the inspection, one of the guys came up to me with a lovely lady who had been texting me updates about my car.
First, I told them that I am a Deaf customer, and they were so nice and understanding! They treated me wonderfully and made sure everything was communicated clearly.
Then came the news… 😳 My car needed new tires, a battery, and wipers. I was like, “AHHHH, really?!” 😂
But the lovely lady told me, “Don’t worry, we’ll help you.” She checked the prices and found me the best deal. I was so happy!
They put on the new tires, replaced the battery, and changed the wipers. Everything was done quickly, but they also took the time to check everything carefully. My car is now ready, and I am one happy guy! 😊🚗
They also told me that my car will need new shocks in the future, so I’ll definitely be coming back. 👍
I highly recommend Mavis in Larchmont, New York, on Boston Post Road if you live nearby. The people there are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They treated me with respect as a Deaf customer, and I really appreciate that.

Terrible customer service. They gave us appointments to come back 3 days in a row for a service with a price that was confirmed on day one and each day at the agreed upon time stated there were no mechanics or no spots and rescheduled us. Then finally they stated they could do it but for a price much higher than originally quoted. On top of that they seemed aloof, uncaring and unapologetic for their errors and generally unbothered about making their customer happy. If they feel they can continue operating that way-good luck to them. There are plenty of other Mavis locations with friendly, honest, and trustworthy employees. This location will not get our business again. It was not the first time we encountered their poor customer service. We gave them a second chance, but the same disappointing treatment.

I needed a new battery and they took me immediately. I never received a quote and at the end it was almost $300 Surprise, I asked to see the itemization and I was told that I have a new gel battery that will last longer.. I don’t know that I know what that means and why I cost so much for a new battery. I don’t think I’ve go Gone to this location without it being beaucoup bucks With very little explanation

BE CAREFUL! ⚠️
I purchased 4 brand-new Goodyear tires and paid an additional $85 for a wheel alignment. I was told the alignment was completed, but when I drove away, the car was pulling very badly to the right. It’s clear the alignment was either not done properly or not done at all.
Very disappointing service and a waste of money. I expected much better, especially after paying for both new tires and an alignment. I would strongly recommend checking your car before leaving and making sure the work you paid for was actually completed.
