  I came in after another place cross threaded my tire studs and couldn't replace them. They got me right in and was able to not only fix those studs but also addressed my brakes that had gotten overlooked but the other place. Christopher and Dan were super nice and had a lot of empathy for what I was going through and who I dealt with before.

  Would not recommend. Monro will falsely fail you on inspections and then push overpriced and unnecessary repairs. Seek out a second opinion from a different, more trustworthy and affordable, mechanic if you want to know the true status and required repairs (if any are even actually needed) for your vehicle.

  The original location where I had a scheduled appointment wasn’t open, even though the schedule stated they should’ve been open. This was the Elmira rd location. I ended up going to the location in Lansing where they were able to get me in immediately to service my vehicle. The GM was great, offered a discount for inconvenience. I had an alignment done and tires installed in the rear. There is still some shake at 70-80mph so I will follow up about that. Otherwise great service.
