  Went to get my car inspected and it failed. Asked them to tell me what failed so I could get fixed. They gave me a list of things and told me to take it to the dealership. I literally begged for them to fix it at their garage but they recused and said the dealership had to take care of it. I took my car to a different mechanic to get taken care of. Went back to get inspected again, and they found “new problems” that made it fail inspection. Wasn’t given a clear answer as to why they didn’t tell me everything beforehand. Very frustrating.

  got car checked for roaring noise while driving. got me in the same day I called. 2 tires had areas of cupping on inside edge. decided to wait to replace them bc symptoms are not severe when driving, and have had other large expenses this year. quote for tire replacement and alignment was higher than expected. no charge for check.
