  I had an extremely inappropriate experience with KIRK S. Any other associate in that store has treated me and my family nicely and with respect. He was completely inappropriate and did not even apologize. The second we started to speak with him he made it clear that he didn’t want to talk to us. We were trying to get education about what to buy, and he tried to treat us so hastily. The store didn’t close for another two hours. He repeatedly spoke over us, As we asked him questions, he was very dry and belittling. We are clearly not the experts about cars, but we were trying to figure out what battery to buy. He was clearly visibly upset That we weren’t sure. To add on, When my dad asked to borrow something, he requested his license, which is fine. But my dad asked If he could do a picture because he did not know. And Kirk Started to laugh and scoff at my dad for asking a question. My dad immediately went to the car to get it. And he was like, why would he ever think that he could use a picture? That was disgusting and inappropriate. I asked her if we could treat each each other with respect. My dad became vocal as well. Instead of apologizing, he doubled down on his behavior many times. So much so we had to switch to another cashier. The cashier looked visibly in fear of Kirk. We were made aware that he is on the spectrum. As much as I support that He still does not care about customers and needs to work in a job that is not people facing. His shirt said client satisfaction that was the worst experience I’ve had in the store in my life. He is a disgusting, rude person and he needs to be either reprimanded as well as apologize. I am going to call in the morning and we want justice towards such a disgusting matter. You don’t laugh at customer. It’s sad that he thinks he can treat people that way. As long as he is in the store, don’t recommend

  Walked in gentleman asked me if I needed help I asked him if he had what I needed he one word ….nope who’s next mind you there’s 1 other person in whole store guy had complete attitude if you gave me parts for free I wouldn’t take from this place

  My experience at this AutoZone store was really bad. The manager and staff didn't handle my return properly, completely ignoring their own policy. On top of that, they were really disrespectful to me and even made fun of me in front of others. This kind of unprofessional and insulting behavior is completely unacceptable from customer service representatives.

  Becarfull every body when you swap an autopart that had warranty they just give you another one that someone has returned they don't give you a new one. And when I told the lady that they where giving me another use part she answered i just have one and I told her that the part she was giving me was more dirty then mine she just turn around and left
