  Lexi, Kris, and Ashton are absolutely wonderful! They are always friendly, efficient, and professional. They get you in and out in a timely manner without ever making you feel rushed, and they still take the time to make sure the job is done thoroughly and correctly. What really stands out is how well they work together as a team. Everything runs smoothly, and they genuinely make you feel valued and appreciated as a customer—not like you're just another car or another number they need to get through. My husband and I truly appreciate the excellent service Lexi, Kris, and Ashton provide. Their friendliness, attention to detail, and great customer service are exactly why we continue to come back. They are a fantastic team and a real asset to the business!

  3 guys sitting inside on their cellphones doing nothing because they have no business; I pull in to get a inspection & they turn me away because it’s by appointment only… You’d think as a business, you’d take them in regardless because you’re doing absolutely nothing.. So, I turned back and went to Jiffy Lube down the street & they took me with no appointment.

  Once Again I am so happy leaving Valvoline. The Manager Gaisha SO PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, HELPFUL. I am neverrrr Disappointed leaving Valvoline. MANAGER GAISHA KNOWS HOW to RUN a BUSINESS and the WHOLE CREW is ON POINT. In my 58 years on this earth MY HAND to GOD I truly feel Grateful after all these Years I Found a Place I CAN TRUST!!!! THANK YOU!!!!

  My car inspection is significantly overdue because they kept dicking me around. They would tell me times when the inspector would get in and I would show up and they would turn me away for some reason then they said they only do inspections by appointment only so I made an appointment then I got to the appointment and they said they can’t do it. It’s also the first time I’ve heard of a drive-through center making appointments. Also when I pulled up to make the appointment five of the mechanics were standing around doing nothing and one was doing a service on a vehicle.
