  Missed critical preventative maintenance.Brought my vehicle here for a major 100,000-mile tune-up. While the basic service was completed, the shop failed to replace the intake manifold gasket when reassembling the engine. At this mileage, reusing an old, brittle rubber gasket is a massive risk for future vacuum and coolant leaks. Disappointed that this industry-standard preventative step was skipped, which will now cost me double the labor down the road if it fails. I question were the plugs changed In that area Period Because why wouldn't someone change the gasket While the manifold is open Period that does not make sense at all!

  y’all. this is the place to go!! ilanna was so helpful and nice and the pricing was so reasonable! she even took off a charge for me for extra excellent customer service. i really recommend you go here because unlike other shops in the area (cough meineke cough) they have a reasonable shop fee. it’s $175 an hour but if your situation takes only 30 minutes, for example, you only pay half of $175. very very nice! some places make you pay just to walk in the door (cough freaking meineke cough). 100% will be coming back!!! (though since the service was good quality, it likely won’t be for some time 😉)

  The people behind the desk are not friendly. The should respond to peoples questions and interact some. Just totally ignored me
