  Bought a $30 wash and the place closed 10 minutes later with no warning the vacuums would shut off. When I asked the staff member about it he said “what do you want me to do about it? Sounds like you have a time management problem.” Horrible experience. Horrible service. I won’t return.

  I found the "lying to me to rip me off" energy pretty extreme. They're fast, but rude and very expensive. I call and ask the price for an 0w20 oil change with tire rotation, and they quote me like $150. I say "wow, that's high" and the kid on the phone tells me they have a groupon. I look it up and it's like $50 less. I buy the groupon, install the stupid app, then the guy there is like "we don't accept groupons. Who told you we accept groupons." I'm like "I literally called 15 minutes ago and drove here because you said you have a groupon." Dude tells me he's gonna give me a discount then charges me like $135 for an oil change and tire rotation. Plus the $99 (+tax) for the groupon someone clearly lied to me about. So I'm out nearly $250 for an oil change before dude tries to rip me upselling me air filters I don't need. I won't consider returning to this business.

  I have been going to Grease Monkey since they opened. This is what you can expect, friendly service, nice staff, very clean customer waiting area, hot coffee and the owner is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. He services my work truck, my work van, and my wife’s car.
