- AHAdele HemsworthApr 23, 20261.0Had a terrible experience Needed to rent a 12 seater for Canada Was told I could take it in and when I got there at 7:30 am to collect they told me it couldn’t go over the border because they are worried it gets stolen. That’s what I pay insurance for !!! They canceled my booking and left me scrambling! I will never support again. Go down the road… Hertz was able to help me immediately with no issue and I got to do the trip without the help of enterprise - run away! Don’t use them!

Beware watch out for hidden policies they forget to mention, ( an when questioned they'll lie an say they discussed such) second time same issue has happened. Let alone the vehicle I was given (that was days to be cleaned beforehand still had food and greasy handprints from the previous driver eating in the vehicle riddled with crumbs) there definitely won't be a second time and will be sure to let others know if you plan on renting be prepared to reclean the vehicle, an be sure to ask about hidden fee charges that cannot be reversed or disabled until you come in with the vehicle to do a walk-around!!!
