  Enterprise is good, this location however is awful. I only needed the car for eight hours to pick up a client, but I paid for the full day. Which is fine. I called ahead to make sure it was ok to leave my truck in their lot. I was told it was and that they’d show me where to park it. When it came time I asked the manager where to park my truck. He told me it was a public lot and that they couldn’t guarantee it wouldn’t be towed… WTH does that even mean? It is clearly a private lot. I mean, where do you park the continuously rotating fleet of cars you rent to people? Is some rogue tow truck driver taking your rental cars in the middle of the night? What an odd thing to say. I didn’t have time to argue with him and just left my truck there (It was fine). When I returned the car it was after hours. I used the key drop and sent a text to the customer service text thread they provided. I explained that the keys were in the drop box and asked them to email me a receipt so I could expense it. I sent five texts over three days repeatedly requesting a receipt and got ZERO responses. Twice I called the location, navigated the phone tree and then sat on hold for over ten minutes. No one ever picked up and I had to listen to the recording over and over again talking about how great their commitment to customer service is. Meanwhile my boss is calling me and asking for my expense report. The only way I finally got a person on the phone was to call back and pretend I wanted to book a new rental. By doing that I had a person on the line in thirty seconds… Awful customer service. Absolutely awful.

  We rented a Mini Van to drive back and forth to N.C. to attend my son’s National Track Meet. Unfortunately we incurred a flat tire along the way. It caused us a lot of inconvenience and lost time. We were able to communicate with the Kingston branch where we rented the vehicle. The Manager Leo and Assistant Manager Taylor were extremely supportive and helpful. I highly recommend the Kingston branch of Enterprise Rent A Car and plan to use them again in the near future.

  The staff are always great! Every experience I have at the Kingston location is always exceptional! The vehicles are wonderful! Always a wonderful and easy time!

  Use this Enterprise fairly often to travel for work, and they are always amazing. Picking up a rental is always a smooth process and I'm usually in and out in 10-15 minutes. Staff are very friendly and often ask where I'm headed for work this time, and have always had a great experience with the staff here.
