  Brian was the most rude and condescending customer service employee I’ve ever met. Immediately telling me my vehicle is ruined and saying they don’t sell what I was looking for and that my vehicle is destroyed. Very rude. Very unprofessional. Someone going in looking for parts respectfully and patiently shouldn’t get yelled at and told what’s wrong with their vehicle because they don’t sell what I was looking for.

  We purchased a battery today and had such a pleasant experience. Bryan assisted us and he was terrific. Friendly and engaging and very knowledgeable. He knew our car model well and installed the new battery in a jiffy. Highly recommend Auto Zone.

  I had an excellent experience yesterday at the Kingston location all because of the person at the counter, Josie. I was unsure about a bulb I needed and though I brought in a photo, she suggested we go outside to my vehicle and make sure. When we came back in she showed me a couple of different priced bulbs to choose from and when I bought it she told me to be careful handling the bulb and provided me with a glove to change it with. Maybe this is all supposed to be standard service, but her great attitude, like she actually enjoyed helping me, made all the difference. Josie is a great asset to this location! Thanks!
