Called 2 Hour Auto Glass. A local shop that's been around for 40+yrs. Spoke to Barry. He took care of me within 2 hours. He went out of his way to call Volvo to make sure I got original glass! Excellent service. I had bad experiences w Safelite in the past. Wouldn't consider going elsewhere!

I got a big spiderweb crack in my windshield. I set 2-hour glass as my preferred shop in my Geico app, and they called me the next morning- asked for my VIN, said they have the glass ready to go and to come on down. I dropped off my car- had a nice chat with Barry in the office, took a little stroll to the greenwood cemetery and my car was ready before I made it back about an hour later. The new windshield looks exactly like the one, with the tint strip along the top and little dots around the perimeter. There were no glass remnants to speak of inside the car- all clean, and all my stickers and mirrors and cameras and fast pass do-dads were all adhered back to the new windshield in the proper locations. Skip Safelite and come here if you need auto glass repair- they’ve been around for a long long time, they get you in and out quick, and they do a great job. The whole process was fully covered by my insurance- didn’t cost me a dime.

Someone vandalized my car, shattering the rear window. I contacted 2 Hour Auto Glass (on a SUNDAY!!) and Barry was kind and helpful. He walked me through what had to happen and called me Monday morning when the replacement arrived in the shop. True to his word, the car window was replaced and the cargo area thoroughly vacuumed in about an hour. He had the insurance paperwork prepared and all that was required of me was to show him my insurance card. I was very pleased with how easy he made the whole process. I hope not to need another window replaced but if it does happen, I'll be sure to call 2 Hour Auto Glass. After a bad experience with Safelight in Brooklyn, I am grateful to have found this shop, where everyone actually cares about doing a good job.

110/10! Amazing experience! What I call excellent customer service. Barry really cares about his business and satisfying his customers. He made sure I was on my way, showed me how to file my claim, they really do mean 2 hours. The nice gentleman also vacuumed my front seat bc it was a mess lol. Forever a customer despite living far away
