- CGChristopher GregoryMay 31, 20261.0Had an appointment for 830 for oil change and inspection. I was told car would be worked on a few minutes after I handed them the keys. Took 45 minutes for my car to be brought in to be worked on no one was in the building I was the only person here There service states free tire rotation and fluid top offs and all this other nonsense for there oil changes, one of the reason I brought it there. No fluids were topped they did not rotate my tires as they were supposed to. As for the safety inspection. They did nothing right. So much for feeling safe out there. They didn’t check light bulbs brakes or remove any tires to check the brakes. Theyt didn’t check glass or wipers or anything I watched the entire time my car was worked on. They plugged it in and passed it and sent it out the door. Then I got the receipt with all the stuff they Claimed to have examined during my time there. If you are thinking about having your car worked on go some where else they were truly terrible. No they were not short staffed there was 3 people working on cars doing the same stuff. Stay away do not go here
