  We had some trouble with our tire while driving and stopped by Mr. Tire, where Mark was able to quickly find the puncture and help us out. We had visited another repair shop before, but they couldn’t find the issue and only added some air. We’re so glad we met Mark—he was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive! Highly recommend!

  I had an appointment for 1pm for a routine tire patch. I dropped my car off at 12:50, told the person up front (who was very nice) that I had to be gone by 2:15 latest. He said no problem. By 1:45 I checked on my car and he said no more than 20 minutes. 45 minutes later I’m pacing at the desk waiting as it was now 2:30. Eventually got out of there at 2:45 without having time to get a quote for my tire replacement because it took so long. Do not go here unless you have the extra hour and 45 minutes to spare.

  Very accommodating and easy to deal with. Fast service for a walk in. They even repaired a flat tire for me no charge.

  The last few times me or a family member has taken our automobile to this location, it has not been a great experience to say the least. Recently, we scheduled a simple oil change and dropped the car off the night before. The next day we did not receive a call until we had to reach out for a status update at 5pm. When speaking with the front desk representative at 5pm, he confirmed they were waiting on the oil filter to arrive and the car would be ready in 30 minutes. When arriving 45 minutes later, we were told they were not able to locate the correct filter and we would need to leave the car once again overnight. Not only did this cause a day of lost wages due to not having an automobile, there was zero empathy for not being able to complete the job and lack of communication. A simple phone call during the day letting us know the status of the car and that they were unable to locate the filter would have gone a long ways rather than telling us it would be done and then driving there to find out that was false. There was zero ownership of the situation and I asked about a possible discount for the inconveniences. I was told that was not possible and basically laughed at. I will never take any of my cars or recommend anyone to visit this location for any service needs in the future.

  My first review went missing somehow but now I have a new issue to add to the bad experience my car went in quiet needing some brakes, oil change and inspection I don’t know if yall thought you could do this because you heard a female on the phone but I’m never going back. Car came back with a hole in the exhaust sounding loud as hell, they told us to drive it til the engine light clears it’s been a month hasn’t cleared. Tires started losing air I check them all have a different psi and one is missing a cap they also lost one of my hubcaps! The rims on my tires look jacked up I’ll never cheat on my garage again don’t go here!
